Dismantling / taking up of LT unserviceable pre-stressed concrete / steel poles of any size and shape and including taking out dismantled portion of poles embeded in ground after necessary demolition of concrete foundation and making good disturbed ground surface properly and disposal thereof complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Earth work for taking out of poles shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

Material and labour for steel tubular swagged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screw as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meters long) including two coats of silver paint over one coat of red oxide paint complete with strip of black and white strips having 30 cm of width upto 1.5 metre height from top of coping including taking out old unserviceable PCC pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Excavation, foundation concrete, preservative treatment etc will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for pre stressed concrete pole 9.0 metre long 102mmX172 mm at Top and 12 mm and 279 mm at bottom class 10 with strip of black and white strips having 30 cm of width upto 1.5 metre height from top of coping including taking out old unserviceable PCC pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors or disturbed span including line spacer and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and unserviceable materials removing from the site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for rectification of fault related ACSR jumpers, insulators binding wire by removing old one and replacement with new wire binding or rejumper as required etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - Material shall be measured and paid separately under supply only.

Supply and fixing ACSR conductor of any size and type from overhead HT / LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only by re-straining, tightening of ACSR conductors of any size / type on HT / LT poles including necessary new aluminium binding wire for fixing with insulator / PVC sleeves for jumper etc as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Serviceable ACSR conductors shall be obtained from Ser item No. 73.00 here-in-before.

Material and labour in replacement of galvanised steel wire 4.0 mm dia for continuous earth wire and Cradles hexagonal / rectangular shall be provided and securely fastened to each pole and connected with earth ordinarily and cradle guarding where required complete including dismantling existing GI wire all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and / or unserviceable materials removing from the site(s) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections i.e mild steel channel or angle sections etc. including new nuts, bolts, washers as required dia / length in size, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint (1st quality) as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable cross arm, mild steel channel, angle section obtained from item No 79.00 here-in-before as ordered and inclusive of one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling LT stay assembly of any size and unserviceable materials removing from the site(s) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes; - (a) Unserviceable stay assembly shall be taken off / dismantled at ground level and making good disturbed ground surface. (b) Earthwork for demolition of cement concrete shall be inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and labour for stay assembly with accessories and GI stay rod 16 mm dia 1900 mm long, stay wire 7/4 mm stranded galvanised including mild steel stay plate 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 mm and galvanised thimble, galvanised steel 14 mm dia 400 mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers including loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green big size with overall dimensions 90 mm x 140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 01 of SSR Part - I including taking down old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and as directed. Note: - Excavation, stay clamps and concrete work etc will be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling insulators, any type, any size and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for re-use and / or unserviceable materials removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of insulator pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable shackle type porcelain, vitreous (white / brown or green) insulator of any size and shape for 1100 Volts grade obtained from Ser item No 83.00 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground earth (in vertical) earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to galvanised iron or earth lead wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron including PCC pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 pre-cast RCC cover slab using reinforcement with suitable handle made of round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh 15mm dia bore light grade galvanised steel tubing upto 5 m length for drawing earth lead wire protection, common salt, charcoal, etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.
