S&F in repair, seats & back of teak wood frames made to shape out of section 40mm wide and 20mm thick for chair CB tubular steel with arms/without arms duly caned with 2mm wide gola type plastic cane of approved quality and weaving as per Godrej pattern including fitting with machine screw with nuts and washers as required after making through holes including french polishing of black tint to frames of seat after tightening with screw complete all as specified and directed.(FD-75(M)). Note: Seat & back shall be measured as one unit.

S&F in repair locks as per existing pattern to almirah steel large / complete all as specified and directed (FD-1031, FD-1032) medium.

Taking out of old unserviceable handle of almirah steel Large/Medium and supply and fixing new handle as approved complete all as specified and directed (FD-1031, FD-1032).

Taking out old unserviceable GI elbow 3 way from Charpoy GI pipe 32mm bore and S&F new GI elbow 3 way (ISI marked) to existing charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed (FD-220).

Taking out old unserviceable GI check nuts from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new GI check nuts to existing Charpoy GI pipe (FD-220).

Taking out old unserviceable MS clamps from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron made to shape and welded on the legs of charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed (FD-220).

Taking out old unserviceable long rails from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rails made out of 32mm bore GI pipe medium grade (ISI marked) duly threaded at both ends and fixed on the existing Charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed (FD-220).

Taking out old unserviceable short rails from Charpoy GI pipe and fixing short rails made out of serviceable portion of long rail obtained from item No 50.00 above duly threaded at both ends and fixed on the existing Charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed (FD-220).

Taking out old unserviceable legs from Charpoy GI pipe and fixing legs made out of serviceable portion of short rail obtained from item No 51.00 above duly threaded at one end and fixing MS plate 3mm thick at the bottom, MS clamps two Nos shall be welded to the legs complete all as specified and directed (FD-220).

Supply and welding stiffeners made out of 3 foot long 25mm square pipe medium grade, welded to the existing Charpoy to support the ply wood top complete all as specified and directed (FD-220).
