Supply of Poly Aluminum Chloride powder quantity required in the treatment of raw water at Water Treatment Plants under Tumakuru City Corporation to the water supply section for the year 2026-27

The Bidder should submit Workdone Certificate/Experience Certificate For supply of PAC Poly Aluminium Chloride powder to any government departments for value not less than 47.50 lakhs as prime contractor for single supply work in last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26. Work done shall be certified by Executive Engineer and above rank only. Work indent number must be mentioned.

The bidder should have supplied in any one year or continuous period of 12 months in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 minimum 142400 Kg of PAC powder.

Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 95.00 Lakhs in supply of Goods only, the turnover certificate should be certified by chartered accountant.

The bidder should submit unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement for the value of Rs. 28.50 lakhs issued by nationalized or scheduled bank. The bidder should clearly mention work indent number in the certificate.

The Bidder should submit GST Registration/ Company Registration Certificate

The Bidder should submit letter of authorization from Manufacturer of PAC Powder for supply of PAC powder as per required IS specification in the relevant format.
