REPAIR/MAINT OF FAN GEYSERS, INTERNAL ELECTRICAL, EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY, TUBE WELL, CHLORINATION PLANT, PUMPS, CLEANING OF SUMP WELL MANHOLES,SEWAGE LINE AND CERTAIN REPAIR TO PATH, DRAIN, COMPOUND WALL AND FENCING GATE AT 4AFSB VARANSI UNDER GE(AF)

Disconnecting and taking down of burnt winding of ceiling fans including necessary dismantling, cutting and removing of unsv windings, cleaning, segrigation of serviceable and unsv parts including re-windings of stator winding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and weight of approved make and brand and taping, quick heat varnishing, baking, drying in heat chamber to obtain proper insulating resistance and reassembling the fans including replacement of unsv parts and re-installation to the existing position and necessary transportation and testing complete for Ceiling Fan of 1400/1200 mm sweep of any make complete all as specified and as directed.

Note For item No 1 to 4 : Rates are deemed to be inclusive for collection of fan from E/M store under contractor own arrangement, removing defective parts, burnt winding carefully, cleaning & re-assembling the fan after repair i.e. oiling, greasing, washer, lock bolts, connector, cross pin etc, depositing back to E/M store and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items)

M&L for identifying and rectifying day to day complaints of fans including taking down celiing fan / exhaust fan / Wall fan of any type / make / sweep from its location at OTM, md accn under AGE(AF) Varanasi cantt area, servicing of fans after removing blades, opening of fan at site and cleaning ball bearing,gun metal bush, filling grease /oil and changing of nut , screwes, check nuts, rubber reel, nut & bolts of size 15 mm to 60 mm including replacing defective condensor,ball bearing ,conecting wire,gun metal bush,lock nuts, crosspin ,ceiling rose etc if required and re-assembling of fan, blades, down rod, conopy etc and hanging back fan to its original location after cleaning of body, connecting to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed . Note : (1) all spare i.e condenser, ball bearing,flexible wire, bush, shall be measured and paid under relevent item. (2) Cost of petty stores such as grease, lubricating oil, varnish, coil tie, lock nut , cross pin,check nuts,rubber seal etc are deemed to be included in quated rate.

S&F in replacement ball bearing No. 6200 to 6204 complete all as specified and directed.
