RequiredBidder/Contractor to qualify for award of this contract must attach Turnover Certificate certified by CA of last five years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 achieved in at least one financial years a minimum financial turnover of usually not less than estimate cost

RequiredBidder/Contractor to qualify for award of this contract must attach any nature of work done certificate indicating the Indent number and bill amount, and which should be certified from the competent authority not less than rank of Executive Engineer, satisfactorily completed at least 25 percentage of the contract value, as prime contractor, of last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

RequiredBidder/Contractor must attach clear scan copy of Nationalized/Scheduled bank DD for difference amount if rates quoted below SR in the name of Municipal Commissioner CMC Rabkavi-Banahatti.

RequiredBidder/Contractor must attach all other required documents as per KW-1

RequiredBidder/Contractor must attach Scheduled Tribe Reservation Certificate

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As per the Special Gazette Finance Secretariat Notification No 876 Exp-12/2017 Bengaluru Dated 15.09.2017 & Govt order No-FD-506 EXP-12/2024 Bangalore DT:20.08.2024 the following conditions shall apply for the works reserved for Scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribes & Category-1 and Category 2A) If no Qualified Tenderers belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes Participate in the bid in two attempts under this rule, then these two works shall be tendered as open category wherein all eligible bidders of General or Scheduled castes and Scheduled Tribes category can participate.
