SITC of 415 Volt, 30 KVA, 50 Hz, 3 Phase Silent directly coupled diesel generator set comprising of prime mover, alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery and CPCB approved acoustic enclosure with prime mover of adequate BHP, 3 cylinder, air to air cooled, 4 stroke & 12 Volt DC electric starter(88 AH) with protection system and alternator of rating 30 KVA at 0.8 p.f (lag) of 3 Phase, 4 Wire system with voltage regulation of +/- 1.0 % and brushless self excited IP: 23 protection with class H insulation etc. (Make : KOEL Green/Ashok Leyland/Mahindra)
Carrying the D.G. set from store to work site by hiring Crain and installation of the same in CC foundation incl. plastering and neat cement finish as per direction of the EIC.
Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Morrum Soil)
Earthing with 50 mm dia, ISI-Medium GI pipe of 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1x25x6mm GI (Hot Dip) strip (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. filling with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as per GS.
Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required as to GS.
Supply of 1.1 KV grd. 4 x 25 sq. mm. XLPE/ PVC/Ar. Al cable in GI pipe / floor / wall as deemed fit as per direction of the EIC. (Havells/ Polycab / KEI )
Laying of cable upto 4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc.
