Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 53~22.4mm size to water bound macadam of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORD specifications no 405.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm (3")wide and 12cm (4.5") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge.As per PWD SOR Chapter no-20, Item no-765

Providing & applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spreading primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg./Sqm. Using machanical means. Before Applying prime coat, the surface will be cleaned with Mechanical broom and water will also be sprinkled with water tanker to keep the surface Moist. The Prime coat will be applied 24 hrsbefore the application of bituminous course including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 503

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded Premix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.60mm aggregates including mixing in a suitable plant, laying & rolling with a three wheeled 80-100KN Static Roller capacity, finished to required level & grades Bitumen @ 14.6 Kg./ 10 sqm. area for premixing including all Taxes, Material, Labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, as per MORD specification No. 508.

Providing and laying seal coat type "C" sealing the voids in a bituminous surfsce P.C. surface laid to specified levels grade and cross fall using with 6.7 mm nominal size grit of Jhansi quarry @ 0.09 cum per 10sqm with Bitumen @ 6.50 kg/10sqm including heating of Bitumen to the required temperature and including all material , Labour & T&P etc. as per Clause 510 case-III of MORD Specification.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Earth work in strrengthening shoulders,making daula of service road in ordinary soil including lead up to 30 m and lift up to 1.50 with propers leveling ,dressing and manual compaction all cost of labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and Fixing of Information Sign board Made of 18 gauge MS sheet and angle iron 35x35x5 mm two part of angle of iron 3 m mong duty forked / bottomi portion and also duty welded with angle the edge of the sign of the sign bord at the bottom.two cross of flate iron are also to fitted with Red Painting only.
