REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS, HT VCBS, RING MAIN UNIT, HT CABLES AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT PINTO PARK AND TECH AREA UNDER GE (AF) PALAM, DELHI CANTT-10

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out for taking out/laying cable, pole & stay etc including taking out old precast concrete cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning to underground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable ie total 23 cm) and after punning down sand cushioning will be 18 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 18 cm thick only will be considered for payment purpose.

Material & Labour for precast concrete cover class HV type 1, flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-Laying only old but serviceable precast concrete cover class HV type, flat size 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm in trenches for cable protection with cable cover retrieved from srl No 1 here in before complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying testing and commissioning in replacement of cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade of size of cable 300 sqmm 3 core suitable for earthed system including taking out unserviceable cable as in trenches /passing through pipes/ on poles, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- ( Excavation & Earth work, Sand cushioning and precast concrete cover shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch. ‘A’).

All as per item No 7.00 here in before but size 240 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
