Collection,supply and filling of Well gravel from approved quarry to work site and stocking to the Departmental gauge for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Engineer, to required depth not more than 15cm depth including cost and Conveyance of all labour charges etc., complete

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing Grade I materials spreading in uniform layers onprepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC andcompacting with vibratory roller to achieve thedesired density, including all labour charges etc., completeas per clause 401 of MORTH & H specifications

Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting using 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm graded metal,0.528m3 of 22.40-4.75mm graded metal and 0.396m3 of 4.75mm and below size graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM ) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting graded metal with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per MORTH specifications.111,112,406 & 900

Providing and laying Priming coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) for 10 Sq.m for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinary, fule and all other incidental chrages etc., complte as for clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over WMM surface using of Emulsion Bitumen (RS1) for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH specifications.111,112,501,503 & 900.

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 40mm Consolidated thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 – 9.50mm,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 45.27 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen and 5.03 kg of shredded Plastic waste for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous Surface,Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm. thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms. per sqm. area, thickness of 2.5 mm. is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. complete. (as per MORT & H specification No.803).
