Removing of all loose materials by wiremesh and clean entire terrrace with clean water by using water jet wherever required. 2. Open all visible crack by plaster cutting machine in "V" shape 3. Dilute binder with water in the Ratio of 1:4 and pour on the bare slab to be treated 4. Apply binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 and water to obtain paste like consistancy and fill the cracks. 5. Apply bond coat of binder and cement in the ratio of 1:1 to entire terrace. 6. First coat of binder & cement at the rate of 1.48sq.m per litre of binder 7. Lay polycon based firous net (polyester geotextile of minimum 80 GSM) for entire area immediately before drying of first coat to get proper bonding 8. Apply one more coat of binder & cement above fibre net 9. Apply 2 coats of Elastomeric waterproof coating @ 2.40 Sq.M per litre with dilution 10% weight of potable water. 10. Test the surface for water tightness. Note:All materials should be of approved single make with ISI mark for compatibility and to achieve the quality.

Dismantling Cement asbestos/other hard board / Aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplaus material and stacking of serviceable materials within 200m lead as directed by the Project Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing structural repairs in old damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer with following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spalled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water 2) Cleaning the re bars with Acetone for complete rust removal and washing with water to make the surface clean. 3) Applying protective coat / bond coat using polymer and cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5 (1 part of polymer and 1.5 parts of cement in synthetic enamal paint like consistancy with brush 4) Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion of Cement 50 Kg : washed and dried river sand 87.50 kg ; silica sand 37.50 Kg. mixed with 10 litres of Polymer (or 1 Kg cement : 1.75 kg washed and dried river sand ; 0.75 Kg silica sand : 200 ml polymer) 5) If thickness of repair exceeds 20mm , after every 20 mm thick repair, bond coat as per 2 above to be applied and further thick of repair to be continued for each layer. This work is inclusive of all materials, labour, complete all as directed at site using approved polymer suitable for structural repair shall be used) Note: Scaffolding will be paid separately under relevant item wherever applicable.

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Calcium Silicate Ceiling tiles of- Cosmos / Spintone / Hexa /Quadra approved models of reputed maufacturer's Tiles having 15mm densified edges and 100% humidity resistance, incombustible as per BS476 part IV with thermal conductivity of 0.043 w/m KC and approvred surface design and edge profile (REGULAR/ SPINTONE) placed in a suspended grid of size of 600 x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm shall be suspended at 1200 mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters and cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 1200 mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer tees, cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600 x 600 mm resting on the perifery walls on wall angles of size 20mm x 20mm x 3000 mm x 0.40 mm thickness. The rate shall include providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc to be made as per layout drawings. The work shall be carried out as per directions of Project Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling/ soffit with the help of matal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35mmx1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. the entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m (Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured for the purpose of payment).
