SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF BUILDING SMQs AND OMQs ATJANWAL UNDER GE (AF) PATHANKOT

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof floors (othe than ground floor) and similar works incluidng taking down or removing existing roof treatment of any type complete and all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in flooring, finished fair and even and smooth without using cement complete and all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plastering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface with water proofing compound in proportion 250ml per kg of cement as per manufacture's instruction including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Water proofing compound will be mesured and paid separately).

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to exisitng RCC roofs and edges (vertical or tappered) etc as follows complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Properly cleaning and drying the surface and applying a priming coat of cold emulsion. (b) Applying a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25, heated to a working temperature of 180 degree centrigrade and applied @ 0.40 kg/sqm. (c) Laying APP water proofing membrane standard type 3mm thick with polythene film with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end overlap. the membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overap sealed and finished neat. (d) Applying coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25, heated to a working temperature of 180 degree centrigrade and applied @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement incluidng taking down existing plaster with two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on new surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rate for form work if required to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.

Preparation of old surfaces and apply one coats of weather proof emulsion paint on old decorated surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas, roof projections ceilings facia etc average 15mm thick in CM 1:4 over cement slurry coatbthick @ 3kg/Sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even & smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emulsion paint including making of drip course as required complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate for form work if required to be incl in the rate quoted by contractor.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanised ISI marked withall fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc all incl taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 09 above but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 20mm bore tubes medium grade galvanised ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete wall, floor, ceiling etc all incl taking down existing GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as above item No 11 above but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tank setting aside or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position (cleaning repairing etc measured separately) exc 250 ltr and n.exc 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tank setting aside or lowering if required for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position (cleaning repairing etc measured separately) exc 500 ltr and n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentling of existing water tank of any description and any capacity and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical withclosed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 500 ltrs capacity fixed with PVC tank nipples complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
