REPAIR/MAINT OF HT, 11 KV TRANSFORMER , GOD, VCB, RMU, HT OVER HEADLINES AND UG CABLES AT AF STN GORAKHPUR

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6 mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth n.less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel strip 32 x 6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers made of galavanised iron or steel earth strip protected by 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe and connected for body earthing of feeder pillar box all as specified and directed incl PCC work as per sketch No 3 of SSR Part -I (2009) pit cover slab of size 300x300x50 mm with handle as shown in drawing funnel, wire mesh 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and slat in alternate layers incl necessary earth pole and excavation in hard/dense soil and removal etc incl testing complete.

Supply and fix (in repalement) earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or on pole or any other indicated situation as GI strip of size 32x6 mm connected to test point complete all as specifie and as directed.

S&F (in repalement) of a set of 3 Nos lightening arrestors station class single pole non linear register type as per IS 3070 with all fittings discharge capacity 10 KA, rating 30KV(rms) suitable for 33 KV grounded neutral link system fixed on channels, cross arms including connecting to over head line and up to earth pit complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators like Pin type,disc type from existing electric polesof any descriptionand any size,seggregating serviceable insulators and keep in safe custodyfor re-use complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F (in repalement) of Pin type insulator porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green including one galvanised spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut 150 mm height , 150 mm dia for 11 KV grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F (in repalement) of Disc type insulator porcelain,vitreous,145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green insulator single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 V complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductors from the disturbed span including line spacer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F (in repalement) of Aiuminium conductor steel reinforced ( ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permisible sags and providing jumper etc fixing on electric poles and binding to insulators with Aluminium binding wireas in over head conductors including stringing, tightning etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in the quoted unite rate.

Dismantling of old unserviceable HT concrete/Steel pole of 11 Mtr long with necessary demolition of concrete foundation including excavation, earth work all as specified and as directed.

S&F (in replacement) steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP 31(9.0mtr. Long) complete with cast iron base plate/final taper plug, bolt, nuts and washers including excavation earth work in any type of soil , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block ,copping PCC 1:2:4 , including two coats of aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide primer on external surface and black bituminous paint on internal surface of pole and external surface upto planting depth as specified in SSR 2009 Part-I including writing pole numbers with white lettering on black background and making black & yellow strips upto 1.5 mtr height including excavation and earth work and PCC copping complete as specified and directed.
