Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of multistage pump set with brass impellers, capable of discharge water approx at 250000 LPH at 125 MTR head, directly coupled with suitable energy efficient KPML motor, 180KW, 4 Phase, 415 V/TEFC/IE2, 50 cycle, coupling+coupling guard, mounted on MS channel common base plate and fixed with suitable bolts, grouted in PCC foundation in PCC (1:2:4), type B1,( using 20mm graded stone aggregates and rate of PCC work will be included in this item) 30 cm above floor level including making connections of inlet and outlet with fittings including nut bolts, packing and PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable of suitable size, multistranded, in PVC conduit for connection from starter to motor with proper lugs of suitable size, pressure gauge of 0 to 10 kg/cm2 all as specified and as directed with following specifications. Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation,three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ±1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 500KVA having following protection:- frequency - 50 HZ, Capacity overload - 20% over load for one hour ,Protection - overload and short circuit through microprocessor based MCCB, Indoor type ,Unbalance type ,Suitable for all power factor all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing flexible copper cable insulated, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 150 sqmm single core (For making connections from starter panel to booster pump) including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing of MS ERW Steel Pipe including specials, nominal dia 200 mm of thickness 6.0 mm with nut/ bolt, flanges at both endswith welding as required. Makes : Tata Steel, Prakash Surya, Jindal as approved by GE all as specified and directed.

Power contactors) of 250HP/400 Amps. Rating for 250 HP (HC/ VT/Sub.) motor pump set features:- fabricated out of CRCA metal sheet of appropriate size & dimensions with the following specifications & POWER HANDLING UNIT (AUTO-STARTER) : Fabrication of Power Handling Unit (PHU) / Auto Starter with power contactor MNX-400-2Nos.+ MNX- 185-1No. of L&T make along with MCCB of 400 ampere rating also of L&T make. 2) The system should be provided with a solid state fault analyzer cum controller (CC-4P) of schneider/L&T / Guardian make. 3) The complete system should be enclosed in a floor / wall mounted MS sheet enclosure / box of suitable gauge and dimensions with proper entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Job also includes mounting of the panel to the wall / floor of the pump room. "METERING: The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbing at each end".

Contd...8/- FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS: 5) The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. 6) The system shall provide protection against: - a. Low voltage below 350 V b) High Voltage above 450 V c) Single phasing d) Reverse phasing (e) Un Balanced phasing (f) Overloading."
