Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk excavation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back of the sides of foundation in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming watering and consolidation complete including disposal of surplus earth outside the university campus.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 Coarse sand , 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm size) )in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing , consolidation ,curing and formwork complete

Providing steel thermo-mechanically treated bars conforming to IS 456-12000 reinforcement for all R.C.C work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20gauge ,soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete . All work upto floor V-level (TATA, TISCON)

P&L in position specified grade of RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) in foundation, and plinth including cost of centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement in:- Footings, Columns, Pillars, Posts & struts, Beams (straight or curved), walls, suspended floors/slab etc. All RCC works below ground, foundation, plinth and superstructure upto floor V level as required.

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in super structure including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete. All work below ground/ upto floor V level. In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 Coarse sand)

Honey Comb brick 10/11.4 cm thick with bricks of class designation 75 in Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 coarse aggregate) in soakage pit.

10-15 mm cement plaster on the rough / Fair side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including scaffolding/formwork etc. complete. All work below ground, in superstructure upto floor V level.

P/F of PVC pipe superior quality i.e. Supreme, Prince/Uniplas make of 4 kg/sq cm pressure jointed with adhesive. 110mm dia

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design:-With F.P.S. bricks with class designation 75. Inside size 90x80cm and 60cm deep including fixing Angle iron frame 65x65x6mm with hold fast and covered with precasT RCC Manhole cover 1:2:4 of required size including cost of reinforcement.

Extra over Item No. 12 for additional height/depth

Encasing of pvc pipe 75 mm, 150 mm dia with cement mortar (1:3:6) 1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) all around the pipe as per standard design

Providing and filling of brick bats in soakage pit including cost of material, labour etc. complete.

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of material i.e. aggregate, moorum, screening, red bajri and labour required. Bituminous portion quarry.
