Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus.

Uprooting of rank vegetation/Plants grown on walls/roofs by way of dismantling brick masonary/concrete, taking out of the roots and then doing the brick work and refinishing the wall at any height (cost of new brick masonary & finishing to be paid separately)including scaffolding whereever required.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint etc by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete
