Daily assistance for Repair and Maintenance of items (wooden/Aluminum/Steel) such as doors, windows, door clousers, locks, glass pans, partitions, fixing of fittings and fixtures, drilling holes, etc. and any other similar nature of repairs and day to day maintenance works assigned by the Engineer, making and fixing carpentary items with the materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as per requirements, at all locations as instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge including all tools and tackles, etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature. (Min One Carpetner with tools and machinery to be provided .)

Daily assistance for Repair / Maintenance of Plumbing and sanitary items such as concealed /exposed Gl pipe joints, push cocks, pillar taps, bib taps, angle cock, stop cocks, bottle traps, flushing cisterns and accessories, float valves, Nahani trap, gate valves, sanitary pipe fittings etc. to keep them in serviceable conditions and any other similar type of repairs and maintenance works assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge including tools and tackles etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature. (Min One Plumber with tools and machinery to be provided .)

Daily assistance for Repair / Maintenance of masonary items such as repairs to plaster, pointing, minor repairs path ways, drains, masonry walls, brick works, tree guards/gaddi etc. to keep it in good conditions, fixing of fan hooks, clamps etc. and any other similar type of repair/maintenance and minor construction works assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge including tools and tackles etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature.(Min One Skilled Manpower having Masonary work Experience with tools and machinery to be provided .)

Daily assistance for Repair / Maintenance of Electrical items such as repairs or replacement of switch, sockets, wiring, changing of fan, replacement of fixtures etc. and any other similar type of repair/maintenance and minor works assigned by the Engineer, including fixing / applying of materials supplied by the department (free of cost) as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge including tools and tackles etc. required to complete the jobs of above nature . (Note: Electrician should have ITI qualification with 2 year working experience)

Daily assistance for various painting and maintenance jobs or any other similar type of work including tools and tackles etc. required to complete the jobs as assigned and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Min One Skilled manpower having painting experience to be deployed )

Daily assistance for Data Operating and store handling jobs and any other similar type of office works assigned by the engineer from time to time and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Maintenance of stock register, issueing of material (as per requirement), assigning jobs (as per requirment) etc.)

Daily assistance required to assist carpenter/plumber/electrician/mason/painter on day to day job for sucessfully carry out the above works as assigned and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Total 05 Nos of Unskilled Manpower to be provided)

Cleaning/ Sweeping /maintaing/watering of Lawn, Garden,corridor/lift shaft/passage areas, periphery of building, switching on and off common lights, pumps etc., approch road and keep it neat and clean by mechanized method / manually, remove litter,debries, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including collection of garbage door to door, disposal of collected waste in dustbin / designated place and dumping outside NFC Township area, as per direction of officer -in- charge (All T & P, materials / articles/dustbin shall be provided by the contractor.) (Note: Min 2 skilled and 13 nos unskilled manpower required) Scope of this item includes supply & use of all consumables. Atleast One Skilled and Unskilled manpoer will be deployed on round the clock basis.

Renovating lawns including weeding, cheeling the grass, forking the ground, top dressing with sludge or manure, mixing the same with forked soil, watering and maintaining the lawn till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for mowing and disposal of rubbish as directed, including supplying & spreading good earth if needed.(The cost of sludge, manure and good earth shall be paid for separately).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage from outside NFC Township area (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Providing water tanker 5000 Kl with water, tractor, manpower for watering plants and lawn as per direction of EIC

Supply of material of approved make as per direction of Engineer in charge
