Note :- (i) VCBs shall be installed and comprising by at site by the Engineer of OEM including relay caliberation. (ii) VCB should be compatiable for installation with existing 630 A VCB (CG make) & should be connected to existing VCB through copper bus bar. (iii) PCC foundation for VCB shall be as per manufacturer recommendation and the cost of the PCC foundation shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.
Supply, laying , jointing & testing of HT XLPE cable 95 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 volt grade (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured (Heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor ISI marked IS-7098 (Part-I) 1977 and part-II of 1985 laid in pipe / ducts/ trenches under floor and road or fixed to wall etc including taking down existing cable of any size & type etc complete all as specified & directed.(Note:- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid under respective item.)

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV , HT panel 400 Amps ,minimum 13.10 KA Rupturing Capacity indoor insulated floor mounted, VCB switch gear with copper bus bars comprising 1 incoming, 2 bus coupler and 3 outgoing, the coupling should be at the top of panel through bolted connection & Sleeves bus bars covered with insulated boots. All live parts, bus bar , VCB will be enclosed in steel tank filled with IP class IP 67 , as per latest IEC 62271-200. Make:Siemens/Schneider/Areva/Alsthom (a) All VCB's shall be motorized with 110 V DC control voltage to operate two position double spring mechanism. Each VCB shall have green (on)/ Red (off) push buttons to operate & Live cable LED indicators through voltage dividers mounted on the bushing. (b) The earthing shall be provided in each cable compartment to provide solid earthing for the cable shield . Each VCB(except bus Coupler) incoming and outgoing shall be equipped with digital MFM to measure Amps , Volts , Frequency, PF, KWH , KVAR etc & 3 O/C +1 E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and Earth Fault . Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 faults records with time stamping or as per manufacturer design. (c) The switch gear shall have built in programming logic using reputed make PLC for automatic changeover between two motorized incomer VCB & one bus coupler VCB and shall derive voltage reference from incoming supply in respective incomer. (d) PLC shall also be wired to all VCB's to monitor open/close status . The unit shall be supported with power pack of 110 Volt battery with battery charger (110 volt DC output ) for supply backup for PLC & motor operation . The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. (e) TWO Nos. incomer 400 Amp VCB along with off load isolator and fault making type earthing switch. Resin cast ring dual core dual ratio type CT's 100-50/1 or 5 Protection Class 5P10- set and PT 11 KV/110 volt AC on each incoming.
(f) Two Nos. outgoing 400 Amp VCB along with off load isolator and fault making type earthing switch. Resin cast ring dual core dual ratio type CT's 100-50/1 or 5 Protection Class 5P10- & Metering 100-50/1 or 5, CI 1.0-1 sets on each outgoing (g) Two Bus coupler capacity 400 Amp VCB between two incomer and outgoning of with LED type Indicators for On OFF, RYB type Phase Indicators, without CT. PT and Relays Note:(i) Configuration and Schematics arrangement of Panel Shall be got approved from Garrison Engineer before fabrication. (ii) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe functioning of the Panel system shall be quoted rate (iii) The VCB/RMU will be tested as site as primerary injector system and relay will not be set as per load requirement (iv) Panel should have heating element with thermostat to avoid moisture condensation in the panel.

The transformer shall conforming to IS-1180 part 1 : 2014 and BEE certified complete with all standard fittings and accesssories, gauges, first filling of transformer oil etc complete all as specified and as directed (For S/S No -02).Make :- CG/Schnider/Rajasthan Transformer/ITE Gurgown (a) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap drain valve and oil level gauge. (b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air spoon (Pressure release valve.) (d) Air release plug. (e) Oil temperature indicator (gauge) having range 00 C to 1200, 100 mm dial type . (f) Thermometer pocket with thermometer dial size 100 mm dia. (g) Drain valve with threaded adapter. (h) Sampling valve. (j) Cover lifting eyes. (k) Jacking pads, handling and lifting lugs. (l) Rollers type four No. Wheels. (m) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (n) HT bushing on 11 KV side and cable end box on LT side. Also extra bushing for neutral outside the LV side. (o) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess the interior of the tank. (p) First filling of transformer oil. (q) Platform constructed with PCC / Brick work and finished with cement mortar of size & design as per manufacturer recommendations.
Note:- Contractor shall arrange factory visit of representative of Accepting Officer to carry out initial inspection & Routine Type Test before dispatch of transformer from factory to the work site. Test Report to be submitted by the OEM during inspection of material and following Type Test as per relevant IS / IEC codes. The cost for testing of transformer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (i) Double voltage /Double frequency Test (ii) Full load Test (iii) Regulation Test (iv) Efficiency Test (v) Polarity Test &Other Type & Routine test as per IS (vi) Water load test at site.
