OT 36 Construction of brick wall

Dismantling brick work and clearing of debris to a place of atleast 1Km away from the site as directed by Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P's, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:4 using fly ash bricks as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.

Plastering in C.M 1:5, 12mm thick for wall surfaces including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, T&P, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing two coats of Oil bound distember of approved quality and colour over one coat of primer to the wall surfaces as dir ected by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of Anodized Colour coated Aluminium framed partition of approved quality as detailed below and as directed by the Engineer at site including, cost of aluminium section, beading, rubber beading, cleat angle and all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete. i) Vertical and Horizontal posts: Colour coated Anodized Aluminium section 63x38mm of thickness 2.45mm, country wood filled al-round, verticals @ spacing of 900mm c/c (max) and horizontals at 0m, 0.90m & 2.10m (Max). ii) MDF Board or its equivalent grade board of 12mm thick both sides laminated for a height of 900mm from floor level.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium Glass door, single leaf swing type with approved door closure and 5mm thick plain glass with standard accessories but not limited to Handles, locking arrangement, rubber beading, Aluminium cleat etc., complete as detailed below including cost of all materials, labour Charges, T&P's, leads and lifts etc. complete. i) Shutter Verticals : Colour coated Anodized Aluminium section 47.5x 44.5mm of 2.45mm thick - 2Nos, ii) Shutter horizontals: Colour coated Anodized Aluminium section 100x45mm of 2.45mm thick - 3Nos, iii) Shutter: Top shutter & bottom shutter with 5mm thick plain glass.

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Equivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of Sisoli Serene / Slate Sprits / Slate Polka Mineral Fibre/ GRG Core Ceiling Tiles of size 595 x 595 x15mm having volume density 270 kgs/m3, weight 4kg/m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trellis T15 metal grid system. The skelet trellis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 Main T with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with levelling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 Cross T with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally skelet CT15 W06 Cross with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15 W12 Cross in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. Sisoli Serene / Slate Sprits / Slate Polka of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.5 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. The cost includes, cost of material, cost of labour, Scaffolding, transportation, conveyance, etc., complying to standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of MS fully paneled door of double leaf of required size using, 40X40X6mm MS Angles for door frame, 30X30X5mm MS Angles for shutter frame by adopting 5Nos. horizontally, 2Nos. vertically, shutter covered with 18 Gauge MS sheet, finished neatly as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, providing locking arrangements, holdfast, hinges, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
