SUBHEAD-II :ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1%concentration

Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc.:With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

SUBHEAD - III : PLAIN AND REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor,etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Making Plinth Protection 50mm thick of Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Add / Deduct for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

SUBHEAD-IV : STONE & BRICK MASONRY

Random Rubble Masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :1:6 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : With Modular bricks

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. SUBHEAD-V : ALUMINIUM, WOOD & PVC WORK.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351,manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface with including screws etc. complect, as directed by Engineer-in-charge:

a) (Profile C) Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb

Providing and fixing 35mm thick Flush Door Shutters, with commercial ply with teak veneering on the both sides or approved equivalent make, core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood including providing and fixing internal lipping with second class teak wood battens 25mm minimum depth on all edges of shutter, including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws etc.,complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of M.S. Grills to windows & ventilators frames using MS flats, square rods all as per design etc., complete with a shop coat of primer.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately)

a) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) for fixed portion

b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

i) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.

(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

SUBHEAD-VI : FLOORING

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick

Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying double charged Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete..

SUBHEAD-VII : PLASTERING & SURFACE TREATMENT

6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

(a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge including Water proofing Compound.

White washing with lime to give an even shade New work (three or more coats) :complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadeNew work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer :complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work on steel/wooden surfaces

Providing two coats of ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) complete.

SUBHEAD-VIII : WATER PROOFING:

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.

(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge . With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

SUBHEAD- IX: STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as directed.

Supply and laying of 2 pair 0.5mm dia PVC insulated Copper conductor Telephone wire conforming to DOT specifications.

SUB HEAD XIII : EXTERNAL LIGHTING

Supply and erection of steel stepped and swaged tubler poles of 9mtr. Long (410 SP25) (1.5mtr below Ground) with base plate, earthing studs,1.5Mtr out reach single arm, FRP terminal box, 2nos 50mm diaclass B GI Pipe, 1.5mtr. Long for incoming and outgoings cables, including PCC Pedestal complete with painting with black bitumin paint inside the coping for embedded portion and two coats of Zinc chromate primer and two coats of Aluminium paint externally for length above the ground. The pole shall be with Junction box consisting of MCB. The wiring from Junction box to Light fixture shall be carried out with 3core 2.5sq.mm multistrand conductor cable. The Pole shall be fixed with 72W LED Lamp with fixture including supply of Controlgear/driver and lamp (Philips BRP 410 LED CW 072 MR FG SIPS UGR or equivalent)

Supply and laying of following size strips including all necessary inter connections between earth station and equipment. supports for strips as applicable .

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

a) 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying semi- dense Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

a) 25 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m :

a) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete :

a) 150 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

b) 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including shuttering if required in leveling courses under foundations, pipelines, pits, under floors etc., complete at all levels and locations as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Random Rubble Masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller, or wooden of steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soils

Dry stone pitching with stone obtained from excavation laid in courses and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15cm with minimum depth of 20cm including preparing the bedding surface etc., all complete.

75mm thick back filling for pitching including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc., complete with

i) Moorum

ii) Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size

iii) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size

12mm thick cement plaster with CM 1:4 (1cement :4 fine sand) finished smooth complete as directed.

SUBHEAD-XV : ARBORICULTURE

Supply of Grass and planting by dibbling the area including watering & Maintenance of Lawn for 30 days or more till grass forms a thick lawn cushion free from weeds. With Doob Grass (15 cm x 15 cm apart) including one year maintenance after completion of work

Trees:- Digging of pits of size 1x1x1m and refilling with good agriculture soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Supply and planting of approved Tree species of healthy grownup saplings with good root system. Saplings should be of minimum 4 ft height from ground level after plantation. Maintenance includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnight, manuring with cattle manure and fertilizer, training, pruning, staking and spraying of insecticide and fungicide, including one year maintenance after completion of work

Shrubs: Digging of pits of size 0.60x0.60x0.60m and refilling with good agriculture soil and well decomposed cattle manure in 3:1 ratio. Supply and planting of approved Shurbs species of healthy grownup saplings with good root system. Saplings should be of minimum 2 ft height from ground level after plantation. Maintenance includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnight, manuring with cattle manure and fertilizer, training, pruning, staking and spraying of insecticide and fungicide,including one year maintenance after completion of work

Hedges: Digging of trenches of size 0.30 x 0.30m (width & depth) and refilling with good agriculture soil and cattle manure in 4:1 ratio. Maintenance includes, regular watering, de-weeding, loosening of soil fortnight, manuring with cattle manure and fertilizer, pruning, shaping and spraying of insecticide and fungicide,including one year maintenance after completion of work

Flower Beds: Digging upto 0.10m refilling with good soil and cattle manure in 3:1 ratio. Preparation of beds supply and planting of healthy grown up plant material. Maintenance includes regular watering, de-weeding, manuring with manure and fertilizer.pruning, shaping and spraying of insecticide and fungicide,including one year maintenance after completion of work

Potted Plants: Supply and maintaining the Indoor and Outdoor potted plants in a good healthy and disease free condition of various varieties and in 300 mm Dia.PVC Plastic Pot.

Pipe Line:- Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of HDPE pipes with spray nozzles ISI mark with all required accessories, outlet points etc., (excluding excavation in hard rock if any will be measured separetly) in all kind of soil, back filling and ramming as required and disposal of surplus earth within the site, as directed by Engineer - in - charge.
