Dismantling of tiles of any description or thickness in floor, hearth or wall including cement mortar bedding, removing debries off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface (dado/skirting) to match the shade and size of floor tiles laid over and including 10mm thick back coat in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250x 7mm / 450x300x 7mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing in cement mortar (1:3) all as specified and directed

M&L for durastone heavy duty vitrified parking tiles of size 600 x 600 x 15 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in Sub base for flooring/levelling coarse, sunken floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thicness in floors laid bedded pointed in any cement mortor in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and racking out joints hacking for key sucrubing down with water etc. complete all as directed.
