Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick /concrete/ stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water upto 4 storeys of building etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick, concrete or stone surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.. Note : White cement shall be used as per site requirement or as directed by EIC.

M & L for applying two coats of cement based paint by roller bursh/Spray / Aerosol Spraying machine on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface over a coast of primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall / chajja facia surfaces by grinding machine/angle grinder and scraping down smoke soots moulds, moss and efflorescent salts over old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices etc and applying two coat of exterior emulsion weather proof / Apex (Blue) paint by roller brush/ Spray / Aerosol Spraying machine over a coat of primer complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old decorative (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of cement based paint by roller brush/ Spray / Aerosol Spraying machine on wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of old decorative (plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash by roller brush/ Spray / Aerosol Spraying machine on wall surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick/PCC block/Stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, coping, pillars etc and removing the debris outside defence land from the sitecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use & waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, plinth beams and similar works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use & waste form work to sides of pillars, posts and columns for rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use & waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC nominal mix 1:1. 5:3 type A1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete and similar RCC works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC nominal mix 1:1. 5:3 type A1 , using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts & similar RCC works complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for RCC nominal mix 1:1. 5:3 type A1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels & similar RCC works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil (any type) out side of MOD land and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B’ brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface & priming paints plaster coat when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint ®complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for excavating soft/loose/hard soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cu.m getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing excavated soil out of MoD land and making good surface.

S&F for Mild steel angle iron fencing post and sturts in fencing incl necessary cutting drilling welding etc and bending to swan neck shape as required and drilling holes notching for wives etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, round bars any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Chain link fencing & line wire shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) Standards, rails, straing bolts & screw bolts shall also be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only mild steel round bars of 10mm dia as in line wire, cut to lengths, hooking ends etc conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' for typing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n. exc. 10 cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&Fgalvanised, 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F MS Flat iron for securing bolts post and strut in fencing including cutting drilling holes notching for wire etc. flat iron filet and similar work conforming to FE 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide 0r zinc chromate primer including preparation of new steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces n exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate primer including preparation of old steel or iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hot dipped galvanised mild steel work as in posts or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc and hot dipped Galvanised flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F hot dipped Galvanised mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square ends at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washed and one hexagonal or square nuts, n exc 5 cm long diameter of neck 5 to 10mm etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note for item No 39 & 40:- Coating of hot dipped galvanisation shall be not less than 86 micron (610 gram/sqm) thick. Hot depped galvanised section shall be tested for thickness & galvanisation from any Govt Lab/Agency as directed by GE. Testing & thickness of galvanisation shall be done as per IS-4759. Contractor shall produce certificate regarding hot dipped galvanised steel work from the Govt Agency. All the testing charges shall be borne by the Contractor.

Supply and fix galvanised steel punched type razor concertina coil 600mm dia (dia of coil with unstretched) and fixed to angel iron & coil with GI wire omplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Each concertina coil to be fixed/binding with GI wire of 3.15 mm dia (minimum) at every third ring/ circle/round for connecting of each coil. Concertina coil be fixed with angle iron posts and also (outer line of concertina coil) at the middle of two iron posts using GI hooks (size : length = 15 cm, dia = 10mm) fixed in PCC for proper line/alignment. Cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (inclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete (Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality B) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing cladding on steel gate / wall or other surface as per site requirement (for all height, outer/inner surface) of aluminium composite panel sheet, fire proof, mould proof, anti-static, anti bacterial, PVDF coated, material aluminium, shape rectangular, finish powder coated, for exterior use, anodised as per manufacturer's instructions and in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3 mm thick, mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (Service) coating on other face, fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 25 mm x 20 mm with 1 mm wall thickness in 600 mm x 600 mm size grid including stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant for groove filling, backer rods etc. complete all per manufacturer instruction & complete all as directed by EIC.
