Opening of the ACCEL make refrigeration compressor ( SMC-8-100),dismouting of various parts from it by employing chain pulley block,tools,tackles and skilled manpower.The job involves thoroughly removing dirt,grease and carbon deposites inside the compressor chamber by using wire brush,emmery paper,blower etc.The job includes cleaning of compressor circuit by circulating through it solution of de-scaling compund,sulphamic acidsolution of approved make for 24 hours with the help of descaling Pump while maintaing pH of 1 to 2 .The further includes cleaning and dechoking of inlet and oulet piping,providing of nuts,bolts,clamps etc.The job includes assebling,testing and commisioning of the unit on full load.All consubles items ,welding machine,gas cutter,safty items etc to be arranged by the contrarctor .The job further includes .

Providing and fitting of contactor assembly for 100 HP starter . The job includes providing and fitting of necessary wirings, thimbles etc required at the site. Make SIEMENS ( Model No 3RT 1044-1A)

Opening of the condenser, evaporator, panel etc of the chillier plant by employing skilled manpower and chain pulley block. The job then involves thoroughly removing and cleaning/washing scales, dirt deposit s by using wire brush, scrapers and blower. The inside of the coil will be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of de-scaling compound, sulphamic acid powder of reputed Make (approx . 25 Kg) and water continuously for 24 hr with the help of pump while maintaining a PH of 1-2. The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/trays. All consumable items viz. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged by the contractor. The job also involves dismantling/cleaning of the points in starter, tighting wiring and junctions, contactor assembly etc. All other accessories of the chiller plant shall also be opened and cleaned similarly as per directions of site Engineer. The components shall be again reassembled, tested and commissioned after overhauling. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope. Asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts, bolts etc. as shall be required .The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor.

Providing of refrigeration gas R-22 .The job includes filling,handling,transporation by using skilled labour .All tools, tackles, safety items are to be arranged by the firm

Maintenances services

Providing technical services for maintenance of central Air conditioning plant (Chiller Plant located in SKIMS round the clock (24 Hours) and for the full 04 months. The firm shall provided Preventive Maintenance schedule for approval of the department. The same shall be got printed on two (02) no of flex board of size 3ftx4ft to be displayed at specified locations as identified by Executive Engineer/ AEE concerned. However any item not mentioned in the NIT shall be deemed to have been included for achieving the best performance .The other terms and conditions will be as Annexure b
