Providing and laying Flag Stone Interlocking Concrete Paver Blocks of size 400 × 400 × 60 mm, manufactured on fully automatic vibro compacted machine with CVT Technology using a planetary mixer for a highly consistent and homogeneous concrete mix, with production on steel base plates instead of wooden/plastic boards to eliminate dimensional deformation and ensure superior shape accuracy. The paver blocks shall conform to IS 15658:2006.The blocks shall be integrally coloured using UV-stabilized, weather-resistant Lanxess pigments, with uniform colour, shade, texture and finish. The large flag format with minimum joints shall provide a premium appearance and enhanced comfort for pedestrian walkways. The blocks shall have uniform dimensions, precise interlocking geometry and shall be laid in the approved pattern over a well-prepared and compacted base including 50 mm thick sand bedding, followed by proper alignment, compaction, joint filling with fine sand and final vibration after joint filling to achieve optimum level, interlock & long term settlement, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
