Code No. 4.3.1:-Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

Code No. 7.1B.MO:-Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.5 metres ground/bed level.

Code No. 3.15:-Scarifying the existing bituminous surfaceto a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres - by mechanical means.

Code No. 4.12A.1:-Providing , laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller

Code No. 5.1:-Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Code No. 5.5:-Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of compacted crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with keyaggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified ,the compacted layer thickness being 75mm. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Code No. 5.2:-Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Code No.6.16MO:-Providing and applying liquid seal coat, type `A' comprising of a layer of bituminous binder, followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Code No. 6.11B.MO:- Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6 to 10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.
