Replacement of age old 66kV Pneumatic Circuit Breaker and C&R Panel of 66KV Capacitor Bank at 220KV R/S Hoody

Bidder shall have adequate knowledge of Sub-stations and Transmission lines design procedures including quality control and shall have infrastructure and erection facilities and capacity to execute the works. Bidder should upload the scanned copy of work done certificates and issuing officer shall not be below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent division head

The Bidder should possess Valid Labour Registration Certificate issued by the Competent Authority. The bidder should upload the scanned copy of Labour registration certificate issued by the Competent authority

The bidder should possess valid Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration, EPF & ESI Certificate and shall upload the scanned copy of GST, PAN, ESI & EPF certificates

Should have carried out similar type of works/ providing or replacement of 66kV class Circuit Breaker or higher voltage class in KPTCL/ Transmission and Distribution Companies/PGCIL/NTPC/NPC/KPCL. Etc, which shall be in satisfactory service. The work done certificate issued by the not less than rank of Executive Engineer Ele., shall be uploaded

The Bidder shall furnish the performance certificates for at least tendered quantity of 66KV or higher voltage class SF6 circuit breakers and Control & Relay panel. (Bidders have to furnish the supporting Documents such as performance certificates not older than 7 seven years) The performance certificates shall pertain only to the circuit breakers and Control & Relay panel commissioned in State/Central owned Electricity utilities / Generating utilities only, and issuing officer shall not be below the rank of Executive Engineer

The bidder shall provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigation against the bidder or any party or JV may result in rejection of bid. The bidder shall furnish self-declaration in this regard

The bidder should not have been blacklisted/ disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years as on date of Bid opening. Then in such cases, the offer of the bidder will be summarily rejected. The bidder shall furnish self-declaration in this regard

The offer of the bidder is liable for rejection in following cases: Where the zonal Chief Engineers/CEE (T&P) have issued notices in respect of ongoing works in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk & Cost clause and where the work is not completed/ charged.OR Where the zonal Chief Engineers/CEE(T&P) have issued notices in the last 6 months as on date of bid submission invoking Risk & Cost clause and where the work is completed by KPTCL entrusting it to some other agency. OR Wherein the works awarded by KPTCL to the bidder has been short closed invoking clause 44.0 & 45.0 of GCC (Contractors default) then the bidder shall not be eligible if such short closure has been initiated within 6 months prior to the last date of bid submission of this tender

The bidder should provide a letter of undertaking for undertaking is in consideration of KPTCL agreeing to open the Bid and consider and evaluate the same for the purpose of award of work in terms of provisions of clause entitled Award of Contract Section ITB, conditions of contract in the bid documents. (ANNEXURE V)

The tenderer should produce the Power of attorney on stamp paper of Rs 500/-. Copies of original documents defining the constitution or Legal status, place of Registration and Principal place of Business of the Bidder, written Power of Attorney to the Signatory of the Bid to commit the bidder to the contract along with the resolution passed in this regard by the Board of Directors/ all the Partners of the Firm

The Bidder should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission. The bidder should upload the scanned copy of valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors license issued by Electrical Inspector

The bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority. Such bidder shall meet the eligibility clauses specified in Annexure-XVIII of the tender document under the heading Eligibility clauses in respect of restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India. A certificate for having read the clauses specified in Annexure- XVIII is to be uploaded by the bidder

filled techno-commercial sheets. If part or full price sheets or prices are exposed in the techno commercial sheets or techno commercial bid by the bidder then the offer of the bidder will be rejected.

Bidder to source the supply of equipment/ material from KPTCL approved Vendors only as per the revised QR for Vendor registration, available in the KPTCL website i.e., https://kptcl.karnataka.gov.in, Link Tendering & Procurement application for Vendor registration. Further, a certificate is to be submitted/ uploaded by the Bidder agreeing to source the equipment/ material for the work from the Vendors who meet the eligibility clauses regarding restrictions on procurement from a country which shares a land border with India as specified in Annexure - XIX of the tender document

Bidder shall be financially sound and shall submit audited financial reports for last five years preceding the date of Bid submission (FY 20-21, 21-22, 22-23, and 23-24, 24-25). duly certified by Registered Charted Accountant. Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder for best three years out of last five financial years ending on March or December as the case may be, shall not be less than Rs 49.71Lakhs The bidder shall upload audited annual turnover statement certified by the chartered accountants for the preceding Five years issued to the company
