Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying and 15 cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured)

M&L for fly ash compact bricks locally available of size 23x11x7 cm laid dry width wise across the line of cable in tranches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 80 mm bore GI tubing medium grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm bore GI tubing medium grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying in trenches or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade, heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Earth work in excavation, sand cushioning, cable cover, cable protection, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Cable route indicator of metal of height 300 mm above GL duly written "LT CABLE" on every 50 mtr to be fixed with PCC, 150 mm below the GL, Cost of route indicator and PCC for fixing indicators to be deemed in this item rate.

Dismantling existing steel poles/struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size from existing overhead service feeder etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Wiring circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire in steel conduit with FR PVC insulated copper conductor , 2 x 1.5 Sqmm + 1 x 1.5 Sqmm single core (or Three core 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor) in surface complete including necessary MS clamps after taking down old u/s wiring of any condition complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing junction box made of polycarbonate with IP 65 degree of protection , dust proof, water tight, light weight, acid resistant, corrosion proof inslated & shock proof, fire retardant, self extinguishing, halogen & silica free non-toxic material, UV resistant, with internally ebbedded gasket fitted with required connector/terminals for upto size 25 sqmm 4 core cable and hinged from Top and openable from down side and cable entry from sides or down including Glands and 10A SP MCB mounted on DIN rail for Street light connection . Make:- Sintex GS-JB-3016-T (Min Size 205 x 255 x 112) or eqv make of Hensel/Spelsberg after taking down u/s junction box of any condition any type any make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI Bracket of dia 25 mm light grade with 1.2 mtr length including fixing the fitting removed for changing the bracket and connection with existing wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 , 9 meter long complete including PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm stone graded stone aggregate in foundation and copying with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 45 Watt LED Street light aluminium pressure die cast housing with toughened glass cover (IP 66 Rating) including necessary connection complete including S & F 25mm dia light grade GI bracket with nut bolt and clamp complete with all accessories including connected with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
