Providing, installing, commissioning and testing of VERTICAL TURBINE, self water lubricated above floor type pump with VHS motor capable of discharging pure water at the rate of 100 Cum/ Hr. at the duty point head of 76 M with suspension length of 4.8 mtrs. including bowl assembly and operating within the head range of 72 to 76 Mtr. with 1450 rpm with Vertical hollow shaft squirrel cage induction motor of capacity to run the pump of minimum 37 KW / 50 HP with "F" class insulation and B class temperature rise with thermostat protection embedded in stator winding complete operating on 440 V, 50Hz, 3 Ph, 1475 RPM AC power supply suitable to drive the pump complete with all accessories . Pump including stainless steel basket type strainer, bowl assembly, column assembly, discharge head of 150 mm dia, base plate of suitable size with minimum thickness of 24 mm, connecting stool etc. complete as per latest IS specifications. The column pipes shall be manufactured from ERW pipes of 8 mm thick and each of maximum 1.5 m length provided with anticorrosive and special treatment paint and all line shafts impellers shafts of stainless steel AISI 410 and impeller should be of Bronze including all consumable materials, consumable materials, accurate digital type glycerin Pressure gauge to read entire range of pressure complete with necessary tubing. The pump should have flat efficiency characteristics between operating range as per detail item specifications.

Designing, Providing Erecting & commissioning LT panel @ raw water for 50 HP pumps comprising of 2 nos. incomers and one no. buscoupler of 250 Amp. MCCB‘s , required capacity aluminium bus bars chamber and 3 nos. 150 Amp MCCB outgoing feeders for 50 HP motors along with FCMA soft Straters. The panel should have also spares feeders 2 nos. each of 63 Amp. and 100 Amp. MCCB. The switchboard panel should have all standard accessories such as digital Voltmeter, Ammeter, Energy, MFM, pilot lamps, phase sequence meter and required Capacitor banks and valve actuator Control for all the pumps and transformer etc Complete.

The general design standards of valves should be as per DIN 3352 / BS5163 / EN 1074-1& 2, face to face EN 558 Series 14, flange drilling as per EN 1092 and testing standars EN 12266.
