The Affidavit must be executed on a stamp paper of 500/-, purchased after the date of publication of the tender. The Affidavit shall be made in favour of the Commissioner, Watershed Development Department (WDD) as the Second Party, affirming the authenticity of the submitted documents and compliance with all tender terms and conditions.

The Power of Attorney must be executed on a stamp paper of Rs 500/-, purchased after the date of publication of the tender. The Power of Attorney shall authorize a representative to act on behalf of the bidder, and it must be addressed to the Commissioner, Watershed Development Department (WDD) as the Second Party.

Must declare that they are not blacklisted by any Central/State/PSU/ World Bank projects, as per Section VIII (E)
