Repairs to Window type AC 1.5/2 ton capacity

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the AC unit and replace the same with factory re-conditioned hermitically sealed compressor for window type AC of 1.50 Ton capacity of make as per existing including necessary transportation etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.1.01 above but for 2.0 Ton capacity

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut rotary compressor from the AC unit and replace the same with new rotary compressor for window type AC of 1.5/2 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note for item 1.01, 1.02 and 1.03 : (a) Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item (b) The payment shall only be allowed after production of original GST purchase vouchers from Manufactures/Authorised dealers.

M&L for Flushing out of complete condensing and evaporator unit, jointing the compressor suction and delivery tubes including replacing liquid line of any description as per existing strainer assembly, capillary tubes etc., including rectification of leakage from the systems and line, vaccumising, dehydrating, oil and gas charging , testing and commissioning of system upto 2 TR capacity of window type Air conditioners complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) The rate quoted shall be inclusive for replacement of spares like copper tubes of any description, strainer assembly, capillary tubes etc. (b) Gas charging to make up presure, if any shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant item.

S&F in repairs cooling coil housing unit of make as per existing for window type AC including dismantling the old unserviceable cooling coil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs condenser/ cooling coil housing jointing plate for window AC of make as per existing for 1.5 / 2.0 Ton capacity including dismantling the old unserviceable jointing plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB 20/ 25 Amps for incoming and out going control including taking out the existing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing the window type AC of 1.5/2.0 ton capacity by taking out outer cover, cleaning of all parts and fittings, washing out condensing unit with water to remove deposition materials, dust etc.., checking / lubricating of all parts, tighening electrical connection etc for smooth functioning and make complete unit in perfect condition to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting and opening of size 910 mm x 675 mm x 250mm through brick wall built in cement mortar of any description for fixing window type AC 1.5/2 TR capacity, making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortor 1 : 6, 15 mm thick, including second class hard wood timber frame of size 120mm x 100mm in opening with suitable mild steel hold fast and also providing mild steel angle of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 5mm thick for rear side to support window AC including white wash/ distempering the wall and painting of wooden/ steel surface of opening etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to Split type AC 1.5 / 2 Ton capacity :-

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the AC unit and replace the same with factory re-conditioned hermetically sealed compressor for split type Air conditioner of 1.5 ton capacity of make as per existing including necessary transportation etc.., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.7.01 above but for 2.0 Ton capacity

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut rotary compressor from the AC unit and replace the same with new rotary compressor for split AC 1.5/2 ton capacity all as specified and directed. M&L for shifting of spilit type AC of any capacity from existing location by removing carefully and installed at new location including supply and fix factory fabricated support suitable to mount out door unit (one pair per AC) and necessary making holes into wall for insertion of copper pipe, drain pipe and 3 core flexible copper cable and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing and testing after installation all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to water cooler

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the water cooler unit and replace the same with factory re-conditioned hermetically sealed compressor for water cooler upto 120 litres capacity of make as per existing including necessary transportion etc.., complete all specified and directed.

All as per item No.11.01 above but 150 ltrs capacity. Note for Sl item No 11.01 & 11.02 : (a) Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item . (b) The payment shall only be allowed after production of original GST purchase vouchers from Manufactures/Authorised dealers.

M&L for cutting and removing the existing bottom frame of water cooler of capacity 120/ 150 litres ,supply and fix new bottom frame of suitable size fabricated with mild steel angle iron of size 25mm x25mm x4mm and welded with 2mm thick MS sheet upto 30cm height from bottom including suitable legs and painting the frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting and removing the front bottom of water coolers of capacity 120/150 litres , supply and fix new front bottom fabricated with 1.6mm thick Mild steel sheet as per existing pattern and painting the front bottom with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

M&L for servicing the water cooler of capacity upto 150 litres by taking out outer cover, cleaning of all parts and fittings, washing out condensing unit with water to remove deposition materials, dust etc.., checking / lubricating of all parts, tighening electrical connection etc for smooth functioning and make complete unit in perfect condition to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of water cooler with two coats of pastel blue paint to the external surface of water cooler and two coats of anticorrosive black paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 15cm height from the base allround including legs for inside of water cooler of any capacity complete specified and as directed.

Repairs to Refrigerator

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the Refrigerator unit and replace the same with factory re-conditioned hermetically sealed compressor for refrigerator of 200 litres to 310 litres capacity of make as per existing all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.17.01 above but capacity 165 litres to 200 litres Note for Sl item No 17.01 & 17.02 (a) Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item . M&L for cutting and removing entire unserviceable portion of base plate and legs by, welding supply and fix new base plate fabricated with mild sheet as per existing polish and painting the base plate of legs with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed and specified of Refrigerators of 165 litres to 310 litres capacity.

M&L for applying two coats of Aspa paint on exterior face of the refrigerator of any capacity by spray painting including preparing the existing surface by removing the dirt etc.,etc complete all directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for servicing the Refrigerator upto 310 litres capacity by taking out outer cover, cleaning of all parts and fittings, washing out condensing unit with water to remove deposition materials, dust etc.., checking / lubricating of all parts, tighening electrical connection etc for smooth functioning and make complete unit in perfect condition to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and as directed..

Deep freezers

Dismantling the unserviceable uncut hermetically sealed compressor from the deep freezer unit and replace the same with factory re-conditioned hermetically sealed compressor for deep freezer of 500 litres capacity as per existing make all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item.(b) The payment shall only be allowed after production of original GST purchase vouchers from Manufactures/Authorised dealers.

Repairs to Voltage Stabilizer

Taking out the voltage stabilizer of 4 & 5 KVA capacity of any make from AGE E/M store yard and transporting to work shop, for repainting and servicing including replacing wornout parts etc. and reassembling and making the voltage stablizer functionable and testing and commissioning etc.. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Taking out the voltage stabilizer of upto 3 KVA capacity of any make from AGE E/M store yard and transporting to work shop, for repainting and servicing including replacing wornout parts etc.. and reassembling complete and making the voltage stablizer functionable and testing and commissioning etc.. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S&F in repairs sub main wiring with four single run of single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 4 sqmm through and including with suitable size PVC rigid conduit with accessories, surface/ ceiling along with fixing arrangements etc., including 4 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.30 above but with 2 runs of 6 sqmm & 1 run of 6 sqmm as earth continuity conductor. Note for Sl Item No.30 & 31:- (a) 4/2 runs of cable, one runs of earth conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit. (b) The quoted rate shall be inclusive for cutting and chasing and making good the disturbed surfaces.
