Cleaning, Backwashing and periodical checking of existing RO including minor repair and replacement of Plumbing parts such as nipple,socket, elbow, screws, gaskets of plants etc. (One visit every month total 12 no visit in 01 year at a location for 03 no filtration plant and also attend any emergency call within 24 Hrs) i.e. 12 visit in one year for 3 no RO Plant or attend any emergency basis (i.e 2 nos 500 Ltr and 1 no 1000 Ltr RO Plant) including rate for water testing report from approved Govt. laboratary for raw and treated water [water sample with sealed container will be provided by BSF] before submission bill for payment as per direction of engineer in charge. [Cost of container will bear by Agency]

Providing and fixing new membrane(after replacing of old memberane) of make Dow Flimtec,Hi-tech,vontron,Kent,Aquaguard or any equivalent brand approved by engineer incharge of min size 4 inch dia and 40" length

Supplying and refilling of activated carbon .

Supplying replacement and refiling of gravel of approapriate sizes in existing vessel to be supplied in sealed pack and filled in presence of BSF rep duly signed .

Providing and fixing pressure Gauges for RO plants (Approved make- Hi-Tech, Pentair,TATA) as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing new Sedimentation filter/Cartage/Candel (20" length) and replacing of old filter (Approved Make - Kent,Filmtec,Hi-Tech)

Providing and fixing PPR Gate valve 25 mm dia (Approved make- Prince, Vectus,Finolex,Supreme)

Providing and fixing PPR PN-20 Pipe 15 mm dia (Approved make- Prince, Vectus,Finolex,Supreme)

Providing and replacing Top mounted front face vessel Head (Approved Make - Kent,Pentair,Hi-tech, Aquaguard or any equivalent brand as approved by engineer in cgarge)

Providing and fixing PTMT push cock (Approved Make-Prayag Vectus,Prince)

Providing , and fixing of FRP vessel (Size 12" x 48" ) including replacing of old vessel (Approved make- Kent,Tata steel,Pentair,Aquaguard )

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of 1 HP Kirloskar ISI mark make approved by engineer in charge new motor pump for existing RO plant

Repairing of existing 1 Hp Motor pump

Repairing of existing high pressure motor with pump

Providing and fixing panel box with necessary fittings and all accessories for proper electric connection of RO plants (Approved make- Anchor,Havels, ABB,Siemen,LNT or equivalent)
