M&L for Factory made solid panel PVC sketlton door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with. heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and Single Side Prelam PVC sheet used and stile & rails having one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm 900 bent edge for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Note- (i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measure seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hours the penalty of Rs 500/- per hour to be imposed and amount of penalty will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) for all kind of necessary equipment /T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M Yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically so that contractor to specify the telephone/mobile number who will receive the complaint round the clock.
