Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 15.7.4)

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR : 6.1.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. as required. (DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm,(2"x1/2") 4'-0" high(3' high above ground level) welded with 2no's M.S. flat 38x10mm horizontally at distancwe 9.5" upper and 9.5” from bottom and 1no's M.S. flat 25x10mm on the lower side of top M.S. flat including 8mm M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat iron. The rates also includes the cost of 2 No. 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long imbeded in ceme sleeve piece embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" and painted with three coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.31.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (DSR 15.56)

Providing and applying JK putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR 13.26)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint:(DSR:13.111.2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)

Renewal of top layer of jogging tracks for material after scrapping 1"-1 1/2" depth and filling 3" thick cinder and clay mix (top layer of cinder i.e. 80% and 20% of clay) on entire area and watering and compacted of new layer complete in all respect.

Brick on edge flooring with machine moulded perforated FPS bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS :2222-1991 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
