Annual Bridge Zonal Works 2026-27 under Sr.DEN/W/NED Jurisdiction.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnoverof V/N or V which ever is less ; where V= Advertised value of the tenderin crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion ofwork for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractualturnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractualpayments" in the previous three financial years, as per the auditedbalance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year isyet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourthprevious year shall be considered for calculating average annualcontractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information asper Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets dulycertified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from CharteredAccountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Technical Eligibility criteria: (a)The tenderer must have successfullycompleted or substantially completed any of the following during last 07(seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in whichtender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than theamount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similarworks each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertisedvalue of the tender, or One similar work each costing not less than theamount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. (b) (i) In case ofcomposite works (e.g. works involving more than one distinctcomponent, such as Civil Engineering works, S&T works, Electrical works,OHE works etc. and in the case of major bridges - substructure,superstructure etc.), tenderer must have successfully completed orsubstantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven)years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender isinvited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equalto 30% of advertised value of each component of tender, or Two similarworks each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertisedvalue of each component of tender, or One similar work each costing notless than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of eachcomponent of tender. Note: Separate completed works of minimumrequired values shall also be considered for fulfillment of technicaleligibility criteria for different components. Work experience certificatefrom private individual shall not be considered. However, in addition towork experience certificates issued by any Govt. Organisation, workexperience certificate issued by Public listed company having averageannual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in last 3 financial yearsexcluding the current financial year, listed on National Stock Exchange orBombay Stock Exchange, incorporated/registered atleast 5 years prior tothe date of closing of tender, shall also be considered provided the workexperience certificate has been issued by a person authorized by thePublic listed company to issue such certificates. In case tenderer submitswork experience certificate issued by public listed company, the tenderershall also submit along with work experience certificate, the relevantcopy of work order, bill of quantities, bill wise details of paymentreceived duly certified by Chartered Accountant, TDS certificates for allpayments received and copy of final/last bill paid by company in supportof above work experience certificate. Substantially Completed Workmeans an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% ofthe present contract value (excluding the payment made for adjustmentof Price variation (PVC), if any) has been made to the contractor in thatongoing contract and no proceedings of termination of contract onContractor's default has been initiated. The credential certificate in thisregard should have been issued not prior to 60 days of date of invitationof present tender.

Definition of Similar Work :- Any Civil Engineering work consisting of Fabrication/Eraction/Launching of Structural Steel Works. (OR) Bridge Zonal Maintenance Works.

Tender value is including escalation of (-) 15% (minus Fifteen percent) on CPWD DSR 2023 ratesTenderer should note this before quoting the rates.

The original Bank Guarantee (in lieu of Bid Security) should be delivered in person to the officialnominated (i.e.OS/Tenders/Engg/NED Division) within before closing date for submission of bids.(i.e.,excluding the last date of submission of Bids).
