M&L for servicing of the FRP cooling tower by taking down the choked FRP Fills, segments, rusted structural supports, bolts and nuts and replacement of FRP fills, repair to FRP segments, cold water sumps by applying the resin lining as per the standards by applying polyster resin, renewal of whole PVC FRP fills, rusted bolts and nuts, blocked nozzels, cleaning the cooling tower fan assembly. repairing of the grills of the cooling tower and also repair any kind of leakages from the cooling tower, replacement of bearings, complete painting of iron structure of cooling tower with resin matching colour, testing & commissioning the cooling tower of the central AC plant of capacity 60TR complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old UNSV Thermal electrical sensor from chiller/ condensor unit and replacment of thermoelectrical sensor of existing model , include testing and comissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair cooling tower fan blade assembly FRP type of 60 TR capacity cooling tower as same as exiting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Sprinkler with PVC arm with aluminium center movable distributor and fixing in cooling tower of 60 TR capacity complete all as existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs flanged mounted electric motor confirming to IS:2223 for cooling tower of capacity 1.5HP complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (a) Contractor shall provide the original purchase vouchers and test certificates. (b) Electric motor shall be fixed in its new position and unit rate of this item includes disconnecting the fittings and fixing the same with new motor.

M&L for cleaning water sump of size 3 mtr x 3 mtr and 2.0 mtr deep, complete removing the all mud and tree leaves, drain out water by dewatering pump, cleaning all the algae formation indise the tank, removing all scalling and other formed prtiles inside walls by scrubbing, also including cleaning all vegetation growth all around the tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stiching of canvass canopy between AHU to duct by using additional canvass and two layer of stiching including fixing of zip complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete flushing out the refrigerating system (chiller unit) of capacity 52 TR consist of condenser, Evaporator, cooling coil, refrigeration suction & discharge liquid line and testng with Nitrogen gas, removal of complete dirt, oil and carbon and cleaning of the whole system at ABOD AC Plant include replacement of drier gas filters complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cleaning of 01 No of Refrigerator unit (chiller unit) shall be measured and paid as Each job.

M&L for complete flushing out the refrigerating system (chiller unit) of capacity 25 TR consist of condenser, Evaporator, cooling coil, refrigeration suction & discharge liquid line and testng with Nitrogen gas, removal of complete dirt, oil and carbon and cleaning of the whole system at FAD AC Plant include replacement of drier gas filters complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cleaning of 01 No of Refrigerator unit (chiller unit) shall be measured and paid as Each job.

M&L for carryout the descaling of shell and tube condenser by circulating the dilutted RAC-III Organic compound at the appropriate ratio according to the scale deposite in side the copper tubes of the condenser, circulate the chemicals till removed the scale deposite, and opening the both and covers, and manually brushes the tubes by using nylon brushes, cleaning the end covers, degreasing the complete copper tubes end covers by circulating the caustic soda solution, and flushing through after boxing up the both end covers, the work including isolation the each condensers by dummy the inlet and outlet water pipes, renew all the end covers/inlet and outlet flanges rubber gaskets, rusted bolts nuts etc for chilled water type 52.0 TR capacity at ABOD AC Plant complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cleaning of 01 No of Condeser unit shall be measured and paid as Each job.
