SCH 'A' PART I ( B/R WORKS) Taking down carefully existing mild steel mannualy operated rolling shutters with all connected accessories of any size and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar for door, windows and other opening or enlarging existing openings converting window into door openings, etc or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning including providing, fixing and removing shoring cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard core etc to store and rubbish not exc 50m complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finished fair and even.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kota stone slab in flooring of any size set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of stone laid over and including screed bed of 20mm thick in cm (1:6) including rubbing and polishing complete as specifed in SSR part I .

M&L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut machine polished kota stone slab of any size in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set, jointed in cement paste and pointed in cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of stone laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including rubbing and polishing complete as specifed in SSR part I .

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n. exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished fair and even complete all as specified.

S&F powder coated aluminium sections of various sizes required for frame and shutters of doors, windows, ventilators and partition with one or more rebates etc.including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, beading,rubber packing, screws and all other fittings like locking arrangement for shutters etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note :- (i) Glazing/wiremesh shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Item shall be paid as per the weight of Aluminium section however the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading glazing pins, screws, handle etc which shall not be measured for arriving the weight.

S & F 4.80mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing glazing with oil putty or aluminium or wooden beads in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified.

M & L for MS framed work such as grills, gratings etc using 10mm Square bars with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings etc conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified

M&L for collapsible steel gates,top hung,consisting of channel pickets,pivoted flat bars,top and bottom runners,brass handles etc.as specified,erected in position and securing runners with hold fasts and brackets including MS screw bolts/anchor bolts (machine made) with hexagonal / Square heads at one end to be fitted with washers and ane hexagonal or Square nut, length of bolts exc 10cm & n.exc 15cm long dia of shank 11 to 15 mm and locking arrangements etc, complete all as specified with following specifications (i) MS Channel= Hot rolled medium channel- 18 x 9 x 3 mm. (ii) Flats for crossings - 18 x 5 mm (iii) Tee and flats for top and bottom runners with a minimum web of 40 x 12 mm and flange of 40 x 6 mm (iv) The distance from centre to centre of channel pickets = 10 cm.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs 9mm thick gypsum board of size 600mm x 600mm fixed in existing aluminium grid frame work of any pattern in ceiling including refixing electrical fittings/ fire sencers removed vide item No 4 and making all connectrions complete all as specified. Make-Everest, Armstrong
