A) 1.Improvement works by replacing damaged roof tiles and providing cooling tiles in the roof terrace of the Control room building at 110/11 KV Srimushnam SS

Dismantling the weathering course and pressed tiles clearing the debris away

Floor plastering with CM 1 is to 4 12mm thick mixed with water proof compound with required slope for laying the tiles for including cost of all materials labour charges,lead and lift etc

Supplying and fixing of one coarse of cooling tiles of size 25.5 cmx25.5cmx1.50cm and jointing to be properly packed with grouting material with tilemate with additive liquid laid in the roof including cost of all material lead lift etc complete.,

Flooring with 3 to 10mm chips (Ellis pattern I sort )including cost of all materials,labour,lift curing etc..Complete

b) 2.Improvement works to the parapet wall and roof joint of the control room building Srimushnam at 110/11KV Srimushnam SS

Chipping & clean removal of the existing cement mortar plastering from Wall including cleaning and clearing the debris away with a lead for above 10m upto 100 m

Plastering with CM 1:5 12mm thick including cost of all material , labour, lead, lift etc.. Complete

Colour washing two coats with Exterior Emulsion paint of approved company over one coat of white cement primer for outside wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing PVC down fall pipe using 110mm dia 4 Kg / sqcm, PVC pipe and pvc clamp line supreme etc, including fixing PVC washer type door bend & shoe, in correct position and connecting from the roof slab including cost of all materials, labour, transport lead, lift, etc., complete, including PVC accessories and washers.

Providing RCC M20 mix using 12 to 20 mm HB stone jelly for Roof slab including form work, curing cost of all materials, lead and lift etc.,complete but exculuding cost of reinforcement as directed by engineer incharge.

Supplying and fabrication of steel reinforcement and placing in position tying with binding wire including cost of all materials, labour charges etc., Complete as directed by the Engineer incharge.
