Supply of Street light luminaire having minimum 4400 lumens with minimum efficacy of 110 lumen/Watt, CCT 5700K and made of pressure diecast aluminium housing body, front glass, IP 66 suitable for operation at 230 V +/- 10%, Single phase AC supply complete etc., as required.

Supply of LED Flood Light Luminaire having minimum 3300 lumens with minimum efficacy of 110 lumen/Watt, CCT 5700K and made of pressure diecast aluminium housing body, front glass, IP 66 suitable for operation at 230 V +/- 10%, Single phase AC supply complete etc., as required.

Supply of following OD HDPE Pipe of PE 80 PN 6 ISI Marked along with all accessories like HDPE socket, bend, tees, couplers etc., conforming to IS 4984 complete etc., as required. (Qty to be supplied as per actual Laying Requirement only)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MV Switch Board Outdoor Type Main Feeder Pillar made out of 3mm thick CRCA Sheet Steel for outer Shell (width not less than 450 mm) and 2mm thick CRCA Sheet for inner partition, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing suitable for operation at 433 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, provided with bottom base channel and locking arrangements including excavation for foundation, providing foundation, suitable RCC pedestal up to 600 mm (400 mm BGL and 200 mm AGL), fixing of panel etc. complete as required and comprising of the following:

Two Nos. of 250 A, 50 KA, 4P MCCB with Microprocessor Based Releases (L&T MTX 2.0 / Equivalent) for OC/SC/EF Protection and ROM as INCOMER with resin cast C.T. operated Digital Meter (EM 6400 of Conzerve/Equivalent), ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps, Phase Indication Lamps, mechanical castle interlock as required.

3 Nos. of 100 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with TM Releases for OC/SC Protection and ROM as Outgoings, with ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required.

Three Nos of 63 A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with TM Releases for OC/SC Protection and ROM as Outgoings each having 4P Contactor of 40 Amps rating and 24 Hours Digital Timer for Automatic Control of Perimeter Lighting, ON/OFF/TRIP Indication Lamps and Phase Indication Lamps as required.

One Set of 400 Amps Al. Bus Bars with at Par Neutral Bus Bars as required.

All accessories such as fuses, auxillary contactors, auxillary switches, etc. as required.

Fabrication and SITC of tubular swaged pole consisting of one section with 5.4 mm thick & 114.3 mm outer dia MS pole for 1 Mtr length with door and lock provision, providing and fixing 1 No. 5-32 Amps 'C' Series DP MCB and 63A 4 way connector inside the door, 16mm thick base plate of dimension 250mm x 250mm, 4 Nos of 12mm dia 500 mm long GI foundation bolts and nuts, Bottom Section welded with Top section of tubular swaged pole of 4.85 mm thick & 88.9 mm outer dia for length upto 1.5 Mtr (Total Length of second section Pole shall be restricted to the Height of Concertina coil on boundary wall) with MS channel of suitable size for mounting LED fixture, and painted with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of polyurethane paint of approved colour complete including providing RCC Pole Foundation with 1:2:4 CC of Size 30cmX30cmX100cm (D) (80cm BGL and 20cm AGL) (Or as per OEM Specification whichever is better), excavation, positioning template and foundation bolts, providing and fixing 2 Nos. of PE 63 PN 6 40mm OD HDPE Pipe of required lenght in foundation for loop in loop out cable, refilling, levelling surface, pole numbering etc., as required.

Fabrication and SITC of 5 Mtrs height Octagonal Hot Dip GI street light pole of thickness 4 mm and single arm bracket of thickness 3mm and length upto 500mm suitable for mounting single street light luminarie complete with 16mm thick base plate of dimension 250mm x 250mm, 4 Nos of 24mm dia 600 mm long GI J foundation bolts with template, washer nuts, anchor plates, earthing stud including providing and fixing 1 No. 5-32 Amps 'C' Series DP MCB and 63 Amps 4 way connector in the bottom with door and lock provision including providing RCC Pole Foundation with 1:2:4 CC of Size 50cmX50cmX150cm (D) (120cm BGL and 30cm AGL) (Or as per OEM Specification whichever is better), excavation, positioning template and foundation bolts, providing and fixing 2 Nos. of PE 63 PN 6 40mm OD HDPE Pipe of required lenght in foundation for loop in loop out cable, refilling, levelling surface, pole numbering etc., as required.

Supply and laying of 150 mm dia 'B' Class GI Pipe in concrete/bitumen road crossing for cable crossing/laying by cutting the bitumen/concrete of suitable size for laying the pipe, excavation of soil upto total depth of 600 mm BGL, threading, cutting, jointing of pipe, refilling earth and providing top with bitumen mix/concrete as per original depth and making good the surface matching with original finish etc., as required.

Laying of following size HDPE pipe with all accessories complete with fitting, cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground at a depth of 0.75m and width of 0.35m below the ground level i/c excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring washer i/c excavation of bituminous / concrete road / pavement & excavation of Soil to the depth of 0.30 Mtrs from ground, refilling the Soil and with Bitumen on top for 0.15 m after laying Pipe and making good the same to original finish, Disposal of Malba or Debris etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixng 6 SWG GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith the existing surface/recessed conduit/submain wiring/cable as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted/welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc., as required.

Construction of Manhole chamber of internal dimension 1Mx1Mx1M (External 1.2Mx1.2Mx1.2M) with Brick work, inner Plastering, 100 MM PCC with cement concrete (1:2:4) (1 Cement:2 Coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including RCC Manhole cover.
