TN 07/EE/2026-27 Janpad Meerut mein Mukhya Abhiyanta (Ganga) ke karyalay parisar ke bahya vikas ka karya (Lot-2)

Earth work in excavation in foundation in dry ordinary soil for building work including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m and including back filling,Watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal or surplus earth as directed by the engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 m from the foundation trenches required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying Cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6) with A-20 including cost of all material, labour, mechanical mixing & vibration T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying First class (M-150) Brick work in 1:4 CM with coarse sand F.M. more than 2.50 including all labour, material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Centering and shuttering of R.C.C. work including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work for slab, lintels, sun shades, columns & walls etc. as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement concrete M-20 (1:1.5:3) with A-20 including cost of all material, labour, mechanical mixing & vibration T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying cement coarse sand Plaster in 1:4 cement mortar with coarse sand F.M. more than 2.50 including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc complete.

Providing and Laying of two coats of approved quality water proof cement paint (All Weather Coat) including wall putty of 2 coats, primering over wall putty on new surface to give an even shade on walls with cost of all material,labour, T&P and taxes etc required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Reinforcement in cutting, bending, binding, welding and placing in Position inculiding cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in filling in ordinary soil including ramming and dressing the surface to the required levels and slopes including excavation , loading ,unloading , manual compaction and lead beyond 200 m. and upto 1.00 km. etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by engineer-in-charge. excluding royalty.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineerin-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
