Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition wall including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50m lead.

Removing wooden boarding in lining of wall and partition (excluding supporting members) including stacking within 50 metres lead. Thickness above 25mm. & upto 40mm.

Demolishing brick masonry including arches, stacking of serviceable material disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. In cement mortar.

Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 metre lead. 1:3:6 or richer mix

Dismantling terrazzo or mosaic or glazed vitreous or patent cement or tiled flooring or dado skirting of any thickness without sub base

Taking out door shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling doors chowkhats with shutters (steel or wood) including architrave, hold fast etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Brick work with modular fly-ash lime bricks (FaLG Bricks) confirming to IS:12894-2002 of class designation 4.0 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand)

Repairs to plaster in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : Thickness more than 15mm and upto 20mm

Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integral sensified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595x595 mm having NRC (Noice reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum) Non combustible as per BS;476 (part-4), fire performance as perBS;476 (part-6 &7) humidity resistance of 100% thermal conductivity 0.048 to 0.050 W/m0 KC as per ASTM 518:1991 , weight 1.900 Kg to 2.100 Kg per tile, 15 mm edge Density Having450 Kg/cum & 10 MM Central portion of tile having 350 Kg/cum, compressing of a frame made from eapeciallufabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e. vertical studs of size 48x34x36mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50x32 m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600 mm centers using 12mm dia, 40mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same chann el is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glasswool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots ans finally calcium silicate non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing calcium silicate based compound and fibre joint tape roll 50 mm wide (90 meter) roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacture's specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete.
