Providing and installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 353 LPM against a head of 77 mtr (12.50 BHP) along with including G.I. Column Pipe of suitable size 80mm=60 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable (reputed make) complete in all respect as per standard Specifications. Including cost of sub. cable 4mm2 = 120mtr.

Providing & Fixing Electric Panel Board (ISI marked) Consisting of electric appliances such as Automatic star Delta Push Button with oil immersed starter, Main switch, VM ampere Meter, E LCB, shunt capacitor, single phase Preconter, including lamps, Kit-kat etc. Complete in all respect.

Repair of Pump Chamber

White washing scraping inside of Pump Chamber.

Scraping of snowcem robbiacem etc.

White washing 2 coat inside of Pump Chamber.

Finishing wall with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on old work one coat to give even shade.

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint.

Scraping of plastering of Pump Chamber.

Plastering 1:4, 12.5mm thick on Pump Chamber.

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture one coat on old distempered work.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting one coat with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on old steel or iron works.

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

Hollock wood doors shutter windows including Hinges, Screws, Chocks Cleats, Stops and Cords etc. complete fixed in position (double Leaf) @ Paneled glazed or glazed and paneled

Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86cm×11.43cum×3.83cm laid over25mm mud plaster, 7.50 cm mud filling on an other layer of 25mm mud plaster including two coats of bitumen laid hot @ 1.65Kg. Per Sqm on top of RCC slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:4 and top surface to be left clean after wire brushing etc.

Earthing with G.I. wire/ rope in G.I. pipe partly recessed and partly on surface complete with 150cm long 50mm dia. G.I. earth pipe (Cutting threads and 36 Nos. holes, 1cm dia. to make a mesh around the GI Pipe) and with G.I. reducing socket including erection of the same, 10.50 metre (34.44 feet) below ground level with 20Kg. charcoal & salt mixture etc., up to 14 metre in length (including boring & refilling).

Providing & fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40mm x40mm x 6mm including cost of concrete block & painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-8 & (as per Analysis A-6).

Providing & fixing D.Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per standard Drawing D-7 & Analysis A-7.

Repair of brick masonry corner pillar including cost of cement pointing including cost of material complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-3.

Repair of main gate & pillars complete in all respects.

Construction of Cement Concrete, Foot Path with precast curve & earth filling inside water works as per standard Drawing D-10.

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm^2 and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Repair and minor Replacement of existing pipe line

Provision for making new connection with exit pipe line as per analysis A-20 complete in all respects.

Hand boring Horizontally for crossing of pipe under road or any other obstacle by using Auger/Bocki method. Including excavation, stringing and jointing of pipe upto 160 mm complete.

Automated water controller switch to start or stop the pump based on water reservoir level complete in all respects.

Improvement in exisitng connections

Repair of old house connections complete in all respects.

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a)) & MDPE pipe 15mm i/d = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground, 15mm i/d G.I. Union & ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing including excavation & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width included excavation.
