PART - A (SUPPLY)

Supply of Storage Tank (MOC-MS) made of IS 2062 Gr A/B of capacity 80 KL (with 5 % additional ullage volume). Design of the tank shall be as per IS 803 Code. Approx 102 Sq. mtr Surface area for 80 KL Tank. Internal Steam Heating Coil arrangement of 40 NB size as per standard schedule (through seamless MS pipe) for 100 meter length with Automatic Cut-Off arrangement at Set Temperature for steam valve; Monkey ladder with safety cage. Two Nos. of Manhole of 550 mm dia, with insulation of Glass Wool of 50 mm thick LRB of 100 kg/m3 density. Cladding with 22 Guage Aluminium sheet. Top Railing, External Painting, Mechanical Level Gauge, Having Digital Temperature Display System and Complete with all respect. Before insulation, each tank would be provided with 2 coats of primer externally. Tank will be vertical, cylindrical and flat bottomed with conical roof and provided with re-circulation line.

Supply of Electric MCC Control Panel suitable for Loading & Unloading Pump, Control System for Temperature and Flow (for Transfer Pump) Cut-Off.

Supply of Copper Cable of suitable size for MCC Panel, Electric Motors, Sensors etc.

Supply of Basket Type Filter with 80 NB inlet and outlet connection inline with the suction side of pump having suitable mesh size for SMO and Soyalecethene filter.

Supply of Unloading Pump : Gear Pump with FLP electric Motor and coupling of suitable capacity with base frame of discharge capacity 25 m3/Hr having ID/OD of 80 NB size of make Roto Pumps Limited / Krilosker or any better suitable make

Supply of Transfer Pump : Gear Pump with FLP Electric Motor of suitable capacity and discharge capacity 12 m3/Hr having ID/OD of 50 NB size of make Roto Pumps Limited / Krilosker or any better suitable make

Supply of Fleaxible Hose with Quick Coupling arrangement from tanker side and flange connection at pump side of minimum 80 NB size

Supply of Three Piece Design SS-304 Ball Valve of 80 NB size (Flange Type)

Supply of Three Piece Design SS-304 Ball Valve of 50 NB Size (Flange Type)

Supply of transfer pipe line ERW C class pipe 80 NB, with insulation of 50 mm glass wool and aluminium cladding of 24 guage sheet along with required flanges, bends, nut & bolts, gaskets etc.

Supply and design of Electric Heat Tracing System for above pipeline system (Dia- 80 NB) with automatic temperature cut- off system at set temperature.

Supply of transfer pipe line ERW C class pipe 50 NB with heat tracing (steam), with insulation of 50 mm glass wool and aluminium cladding of 24 guage sheet along with required flanges, bends, nut & bolts, gaskets etc.

Supply of Digital Volume/Mass Flow Meter of Size 50 NB suitable for Soyalecthin and SMO, with remote display and Auto Cut-off System for Transfer Pump (Punching Quantity manually similar to Batcher Unit) along with Supply of suitable Control Panels, Control Cables and electrically actuated automatic valves. The Control Panel should communicate with the Digital Mass Flow Meter to supply required quantity of SMO and Soya Lecithin in desired tank. The desired flow quantity to be punched manually in the Control Panel. After the delivery of the desired quantity, the Delivery Pump and electrically actuated automatic valves should automatically turned off.

Supply of seamless MS Steam Pipeline of 50 NB with insulation of 50 mm glass wool and aluminium cladding of 24 guage sheet for connection to Heating Coil of Tank with required flanges, bends, gaskets etc as per site requirement.

Supply of seamless MS Steam Pipeline of 40 NB with insulation of 50 mm glass wool and aluminium cladding of 24 guage sheet for connection to Heating Coil of Tank with required flanges, bends, gaskets etc as per site requirement.

Construction of RCC foundation of 2 Nos. individual suitable size to withstand the load of Tank, Brick Dyke Wall approx. 6m (B) x 12m (L) x 1.5m (H) x 0.23m (W). Tank area around the foundation of tanks inside the Dyke wall will be covered with Kota stone with Epoxy joints over PCC flooring. Brick Dyke Wall to be finished with 15 mm plaster and Kota stone.
