I/WE ALSO AGREE TO EXECUTE THE WORK AS PER THE SCOPE OF WORK,SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TENDER. Note: - 1) The Built-up Area of building shall be actual construction area of building along with lift and staircase, balcony, lift room, pump and meter room, common passages, society office, watchman cabin and Non-Residential tenements. As regards the stilt portion, the actual area under staircase, lift well, society office and servant’s toilet will be considered at 100% of the construction area. The remaining stilt area will be counted at 50% of the construction area.
