Sch 'A' Part-I (REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, FITTINGS AND FIXTURES)

Rectifying the defects in domestic fluroscent tube/CFL light fittings/wall security light fitting any type and at any height,ceiling rose, electric bell by tightening loose connections and rectifying defects, testing complete all as directed.

Opening switch mounting plate at normal height upto 1.5 m, rectifying the defects in fittings and fixtures such as switches, bell push, fan regulator, sockets etc by tightening loose connections, refixing switch plate and testing complete all as directed. NOTE for Item No 2.00 & 3.00: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the fitting and fixtures functional. If replacement of parts/items is required to make the fittings functional, the cost for labour and material for the same will be measured and paid for as "S & F in repairs" under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and in such cases the above items will not be measured and paid for.

Taking down carefully copper point wiring (light, fan, socket and power) complete(fittings to be measured separately) and making good surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface point wiring 1100 Volts grade 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking in and including PVC casing & caping medium grade with all accessories on wall/ceiling /floor/roof etc, sunk pressed steel or cast iron terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following:

One light / fan point controlled by one switch

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switches.

One 5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on independent board.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet independent but below the switch board of light points in the same vertical plate.

All as per item No 5.00 above but with cables 2.5 Sqmm for one light/fan point on independent board and size of earthing cable 2.50 Sqmm

All as per item No 9.00 above but with cables 4.00 Sqmm for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board and size of earthing cable 4 Sqmm.

Supply and fix in repairs ceiling fan regulator electronic five step type 230 Volts single phase complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs MCB TPN, 40 to 63 Amps, ''C'' series 415 Volts, 3 phase, 10 KA capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs MCB Single Pole Neutral, 6 to 32 Amps, ''C'' series 230 Volts, Single phase, 10 KA capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs MCB SP, 6 to 40 Amps, 'C' series 230 Volts, Single phase, 10 KA capacity all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep, dismantling, replacing defective part, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, rewinding, etc and hanging up/fixing back in the original position, connecting up and testing complete all as directed. NOTE: (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for minor items viz nuts, bolts split pin and rubber wheel etc. (b) Capacitor & bearing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (c) Rewinding of fan will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and fix in repairs capacitor of 2.5 mfd for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs bearing No. 6201/6202/6203 suitable for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as directed.

M & L for removing of burnt out winding wire from ceiling fan of any make and size of 1200 mm to 1400 mm sweep including cleaning of slots etc and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size/gauge including insulating material, varnishing and drying complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 18 above but exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep.

Description all as per item No.18 above but exhaust fan of 380 to 450 mm sweep.

Supply & Fix exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep after assembling at site including electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with flexible cord twin core twisted copper of size 23/0.0076 and testing including taking down old defective exhaust fan and depositing the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix exhaust fan of size 380 mm sweep, metal body including electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with flexible cord twin core twisted copper of size 23/0.0076 and testing including taking down old defective exhaust fan and depositing the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix exhaust fan of size 450 mm sweep, metal body including electric connection from ceiling rose to connector with flexible cord twin core twisted copper of size 23/0.0076 and testing including taking down old defective exhaust fan and depositing the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down submain wiring cable any number of runs alongwith earth wire from the existing with or without concealed or surface conduit complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed suitable for 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking cable of size 4 sqmm and one run of 1100 V grade PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts as in continuous earth drawn through existing conduit / casing capping complete for sub main wiring in walls/roof all as specified and directed. NOTE: Two runs of cable 4 Sqmm and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable shall be measured as one running meter unit.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed suitable for 1100 Volts multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS:694:1990 with ISI marking cable of size 4.00 sqmm and one run of 1100 V grade PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts as in continuous earth drawn in and including surface PVC conduit medium grade 20 mm bore and accessories of suitable size complete for sub main wiring in walls/roof all as specified and directed. Sch 'A' Part-II (REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF SPLIT ACS, WATER COOLERS, REFRIGERATION UNITS)

M & L for rectification of defects and making functional Deep Freezer, split / floor mounted AC, water cooler & refrigerator of any capacity of existing makes incl rectification of minor defects such as tripping of MCBs, wherever necessary, rectifying loose electrical connections, making fresh connections in electric panel / connector etc, making functional defective drain pipe blockage/leakage etc, checking of functionality of compressor of any capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for periodical maintainance of split type AC of 1.5 / 2 Ton capacity including cleaning of overhead ceiling supported indoor unit complete, blower, outdoor unit, wiring system, cool air vent, cleaing including oiling / greasing of movable parts of indoor unit such as motor bearing etc, fresh electrical connections, checking insulation of wiring etc complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 50.00 above but for 3 ton capacity (2 x 1.5 Ton Outdoor unit one No and indoor unit 2 Nos)

Supply & Fix in repairs copper condenser coil of size 20 x 30" / 22 x 31" x 1 rows suitable for 1.5 / 2.00 TR outdoor unit of split AC.

Material & Labour only for gas charging with required quantity of F-22 & R-134A refrigerant gas in refrigeration circuit of AC of capacity 1.5/2.00 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
