Supply & Fixing of Continuous sandwich PUF panels 30 mm thick either as single piece, prefabricated, modular, factory made units which consist of an square metres only insulating layer of rigid polyurethane foam between two layers of metal sheets, comprises of PUF bonded. between Mo sheets of Pre-coated GI sheets of 0.45 mm thick to produce straight-to-finish panels with ail necessary fixtures to complete the work in all respect. also inclusive of any other incidental charges such as lifting using cranes, labour charges for erection, cost of all materials involved and as directed by the departmental officers

Chipping the old damaged Granolithic flooring siurface including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.., complete

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) S I No 358

Provision for BaLA Painting arrangements

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Re Painting old wood work with one coat of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including ordinary scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Painting two coats with Block board painting over the old surface using good quality and approved colour paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.
