M&L Prepolished machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25mm thick single piece as in treads of steps/staircase etc and of size as required at site, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of kota stone slab laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed/backing coat in CM 1:4. (Note: Kota stone shall be provided with bull nosing for tread slab & 2 Nos of 5mm thick anti skid grooves at one edge all as directed)

M&L Prepolished machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25mm thick single piece as in raisers/skirting staircase etc and of size as required at site, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of kota stone slab laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed/backing coat in CM 1:3.

M&L for Marble stone slab using' Jaisalmer marble' as in strip/diamond shape design, 18 to 20 mm thick of approved colour, laid bedded & jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match the shade of marble, laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including rubbing and polishing complete as in floor as required complete all as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Green Marble work (Udaipur green/Baroda green) of approved colour (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in CM (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shed complete all as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 mm thick, with grey cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6).

M&L full body Vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles of dark shade of size 600mmx 600mm x 10 mm thick, polished as in skirting to match the vitrified ceramic couloured light shade floor tiles etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 10 mm thick backing or rendering coat of plaster in cement mortar 1:4, including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of dado complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Brick work using old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6, on brick/ PCC block walling, finished even & smooth with a thin layer of sagol finish.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions surface finished with sponge finish. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only intergal water proofing compound

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6, on brick/ PCC block walling, finished even & fair.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer over and including two coats of wall care putty (Total thickness of wall care putty not less than 1.5mm in two coats) all as specified and directed.

(d) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster,weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed. (e) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (f) M&L Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed. (g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer. (Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following :- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result if tested any of the independent laboratory, the testing charges shall however be borne by the contractor).

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in surface channels.

M & L for 10mm rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on horizontal and vertical faces of sunken portion mixed with WPC liquid type complete and application of Pidifin 2K of Dr Fixit or equivalent layer as per manufacturers instructions.
