1. Taking down and dismantling of all the component from 2HP Electric driven Centrifugal pump motor assemble to carry out servicing wk after disconnecting the out-going connection of Centrifugal pump from the Panel Board & repair /replacement of defective spares and servicing of all parts including transportation cost whichever is necessary reassembling the pump set including painting wk after completion of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. - 01 Job. 2. PUMP SIDE:- (a) Supply only Shaft - 01 Each, Ball Bearing - 02 Each, Shaft sleeve - 01 Each, Impeller - 01 Each, Wire plate - 01 Each, Gland stud - 02 Each, Gasket packing - 01 Set. 3. MOTOR SIDE:- (a) Supply only Ball Bearing - 02 Each, Capacitor of 36MFD rated - 01 Each, Clutch - 01 Each, Coupling - 01 Set, (b) Rewinding of Motor with super enamel wire with heat varnishing as per directed and specified alongwith pump motor Alignment - 01 Job, (c) pump motor Alignment - 01 Set. 4. Supply only Flexible suction pipe alongwith foot valve arrangement of size 32mm Qty - 01 RM and Flexible Delivery pipe of size 50 mm complete with all necessary arrangement - 3.5 RM. 5. Taking down and dismantling of all the component from 1/2 HP Electric driven Booster pump assembly to carry out servicing wk after disconnecting the out-going connection of pump from Water supply connection and the Electrical Panel Board & repair /replacement of defective spares and servicing of all parts including transportation cost whichever is necessary reassembling the pump set after completion of work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. - 02 Job. Taking down U/S Grass Cutting machine & its defective ments /parts, transporting it to the workshop for repair wks and back to site after replacement of the following items - 01 Job. (a) Piston, piston ring alongwith Barrel, (b) Valve bearing and gasket, (c) Carburetor packing, firing coil and spark plug, (d) Mobile/ Engine oil, oil seal and oil filter. 7. Taking down and dismantling of all the component of heavy duty car washing plant (working at 300 PSI) with discharge capacity of water 360 Gln/ Hr operated by 2 HP squirrel cage motor to carry out servicing wk including painting wk complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. - 01 Job. 8. Supply only Self adhesive PVC Electrical insulation tape of dimension 1.80cmx9mx.125mm complete - 210 Each and supply & fix Ceiling fan hook made of flat Iron of dimension 25mmx5mm and length not less than 45mm for hanging of fans - 08 Each. 9. Painting work of LT Feeder Pillar Box of size not less than 1.2x1.2x.6m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. - 02 Job. 10. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable, foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed - 4.04 Cum . 11. Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. - 4.02 Cum. 12. Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed - 0.02 Cum. 13. Drilling/ Boring wk for laying of 25mm GI pipe (medium grade) complete all as directed - 06 RM. 14. Supply and lay GI Pipe 25mm bore steel water tubing GI medium grade with all necessary fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors / surface/ trench complete including taking down old U/s pipe all as specified and as directed. - 24 RM. 15. Supply and lay UPVC Pipe 25mm bore with all necessary fittings and accessories fixed complete to walls or laid in floors / surface complete including taking down old U/s pipe all as specified - 12 RM. 16. Supply and fix Brass Nozzle 25mm qty - 03 each and Gate valve 25mm complete all as specified - 03 Each. 17. Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm. 18. Disconnection carefully of cable end termination of LT side of 11KV/433V, 400 KVA Transformer after Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and repair of bush leakage of LT side by changing the gasket/gland, including of carbon deposits from bushes and including refixing of temperature gauge after re-setting. 19. Servicing of LT panel including replacement of burnt out lugs, scraping the bus bar chamber with ewary paper, cleaning the bus bar panel with CTC, remove the burnt out electrical wiring and replacement of bolt, nuts, washer and new wiring for metering eqpt, phase sequence RYB with bus bar insulation tapes, heating with blower, reconnecting, testing and commissioning. Note:- Cost of Nuts, bolts, washers, insulation tapes, wiring & other connecting items shall be included in unit rate. 20. Material and labour for painting with synthetic enamel paint of old decorated surface (inside outside both) of Ladder in MS form of angle size (65mmx65mmx6mm) upto a length of 22mtr alongwith MS Steps frame of angle size (40mmx40mmx6mm) separated by 150mm with each other after removing of old paint by rubbing embroyed paper/wire brushed complete preparation surfaces all as specified and directed. 21. Hydraulic Crimping tool of size : 6 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm (Make - Jarinson):- (a) Replace of Oring Complete, (b) Filling New Hydraulic oil as Required, (c) Re Assembling of complete set. 22. Supply only flexible PVC pipe of size 100mm complete. 23. Supplying, fixing, connection and testing MCCB, 4 pole, 200 Amp capacity, 36 KA rupturing capacity AC 415 volts including taking down old unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and directed.
