Providing Air blowers and diffusers of MBBR technology in existing aeration tanks of 0.90 MLD at STP Kunihar. Design ,Supplying and installing and commissioning of MBBR unit and fixing the same in existing 0.90MLD STP Kunihar (Existing aeration tanks are 2 X 11.50 X 11.50 X 3.40 + .60 Free board to improve enhance the aeration process and meet with desirable effluent parameters The MBBR Concept Shall be broadly include the following :- a) Three nos twin rotatry air blowers capable of delivering 450 m3/Hr of free air each at 0.5 kg/cm2 driven through V belt or directkly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFC motor of suitable HP for 415 +-10% ,3 phase,50 Cycles A/C supply make everest/or similar (Two will run simulatanesouly and one will act as stand bye). b) Membrane air diffusers Non clog type air dispersion system ( Air diffuser) Capable of handling 5-7 cum/Hr of air with oxygen transfer effeciency of 3-4% per /mtr water depth air dispersion MS grid shall (92 members)be assembled in modular form so that they can be replaced /repaired easily from plant from at the yop (fine bubble menbrane diffusers of length 630 mm and id 63 mm with MOC silicon). c) MBBR Media for aeration as per design. d) The pipe grid for diffuser with all fittings accessories of reputed make complete in all respects.

Tertiary treatment plant with Hypo Chloride System. Design ,Supplying and installing and commissioning of Tertiary treatment Plant with hypo chloride system for existing 0.90 MLD. Material Description.

Multi grade Filter (MGF) Size : Dia 1800mm , Height : 3000mm, Shell Thickness : 6mm and Top and bottom Dish Thickness:8mm, Manhole: 500 mm Dia, Filter Media: Silica Sand with Top Layer anthracite media and three layers of different size of gravel Media.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto 1.5 meters Stacking the excavated soil not more thren 3 meters away from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth and sides of foundations. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters in pick jumper work.

Providing HSD Steel reinforcement including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8: (1: Cement 4: Sand 8: Graded stone aggregate 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4: (1: Cement 2: Sand 4: Graded stone aggregate 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

i) Suspended floors, roofs, landings and sheleves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers upto floor two level.
