M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping using mechanical wall sander (Having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 and sanding pad of 80 grit having dia 7"/ 9" to make the surface free from dust/ loose paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm at the average thickness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted prepared surfaces of wall (after scrapping to prepare the surfaces even and smooth) and sanding the putty surfaces with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism and RPM not less than 1500), sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc as per following steps:- Step 1- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturers instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.50 Kg putty per minute. Step 2-Apply the first coat of prepared mix with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 liter per minute with a minimum pressure 3300 PSI. M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.80 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio and applying the same with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute at a pressure of 3300 PSI. Note: Subsquent coat of painting shall be done after allowing 6 - 8 hours to dry the primed surface.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on putty prepared surfaces using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 Meter. The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer, duly certified by the paint manufacturer, with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage. The spray machine should have accessories for applying distemper in hard to reach areas and to penetrate the distemper on the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Colour stay technology, excelent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 Gram/ Litre as per LEEDS specifications having anti algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 Litre (Undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 Litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Note: Subsquent coat of painting shall be done after allowing 6 - 8 hours to dry the primed surface. Notes for Item No. 1 to 8 (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorised applicator through manufacturer of which the material i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement BAsed Paint, Putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by GArrison Engineer.
