Providing Consultancy Services to install / retrofit HEPA Filters in the existing AHUs (As per Annexure-‘A’) with the provision of UVGI system to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at SGRDJ Amritsar International Airport as defined in scope of work, contract conditions, which is broadly inclusive of, but not limited to, Detailed study of existing AHUs, Measurement of CFM, Static Pressure & efficiency of existing AHUs, Proposal for modification in existing AHUs for installing HEPA filters, Proposal for modification / upgradation / replacement of existing Drive unit, Blowers, Starters, LT Panels, LT cables, Switchgear, Relay etc., Proposal for modification in existing low side AC system like ducting / plenum, Piping etc., Proposal for Modification / extension of existing AHU Rooms, if same are not adequate to accommodate modified AHUs, Proposal for providing UVGI in all the AHUs, Proposal for augmentation of high side air conditioning equipments like chillers, cooling towers, pumping system etc., if required, Proposal for augmentation of main power supply, if required, Preparation of details Design, Drawings, Estimate with Schedule of Quantities, Analysis of Rates supported by quotations / price lists, Technical Specifications etc. for the proposals submitted by consultant, Evaluation of increase in Energy Consumption due to installation of HEPA filters, Specify the frequency of replacement of HEPA filters and Evaluation of increase in Maintenance Cost due to installation of HEPA filters, Methodology for disposal of dismantled HEPA filters keeping in view of COVID-19, Submission of Cost estimation for replacement of all the existing AHUs by new AHUs with HEPA filters, Suggestion of makes of AHUs / Filters / UVGI / other items, Site visits as and when required (minimum 02 nos.), Submission of Final recommendations, All other tasks assigned by AAI in line with provisions contained in the Tender Document for the subject Consultancy Contract and Any other suggestions/ recommendations.
