S&F Aluminium anodised snap grid frame (Powder Coated) work of size of size 605 mm X 605 mm as in false ceiling, flat or sloping (pattern as per manufacturer's catalogue/ instructions), cutting holes for electrical fittings fixed on and including aluminium tee of size 24mmX38mmX1.50 mm as main runner, aluminium tee of size 24mmX28mmX1.50 mm as cross runner and aluminium angle of size 24mmX24mmX1.50mm at the perimeter suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with hangers 6 mm dia galvanised (length as per site requirement) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat 40 mm X 3 mm size, 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long including perforated particle board/tile 12mm thick for insulation and acoustic purpose as in ceiling flat or sloping 60cmx60cm in size including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified.
